The resort is literally 5 minutes from the border with Portugal and the attractions of the Algarve and all the world renowned golf courses located there and is also just 5 minutes from the picturesque fishing town of Ayamonte where you will also find miles and miles of glorious sandy beaches. Faro Airport is approximately 35 to 40 minutes away or alternatively you can fly in to Seville. The Isla Canela development is set in a beautiful and quiet beach, the marshes of the Guardiana estuary which surround Ayamonte and are rich in birdlife, including herons, storks and flamingos.

| Utility Room: | The utility room has a sink and washing machine and plenty of room for a drying rack. |
| Living Rooms: | The comfortable well equipped lounge has a 3-seater sofabed which sleeps a further 2 people and there is also an armchair. We have a TV. |

The linen and towels are provided for your convenience but we ask that you please bring your own towels for the pool and the beach. |

Accessibility
Whilst we are on the 1st floor our apartment is accessible by a lift.
Outside
The extensive communal gardens are well tended as are the many communal swimming pools. The pool by our apartment is large.
Our terrace which overlooks the pool has a lovely high quality comfortable dining set that seats 4 people.
Coast/Beach
The miles and miles of amazing sandy beaches at Isla Canela are just 10 minutes away by car.
Golf
Only ten minutes walking distance (Isla Canela golf) there are 2 x 18-hole courses of championship standard but there are many many world class courses within easy reach of the resort both in Spain and Portugal. Why not try Quinta de Ria, Vilamoura, Val de Lobo, Quinta de Lago, Pineheiros Altos, El Rompido, Boavista, Ayamonte Golf and many many others. All the major courses in Portugal are within 30-40 minutes drive and some less. Tarrifs for the golf in Spain are considerably cheaper as you'd imagine.
Special interest holidays
The Guadiana River which divides Spain from Portugal is overlooked by the resort. You can walk the river banks, or hire bikes to cycle through the pine forests. River cruises run regularly throughout the summer and fishing is widely available. Isla Canela beach is just opposite and the Portuguese Algarve is just 5 minutes where a variety of watersports are on offer.
The whole Costa Esuri development is set within the protected Marismas del Guadiana, the marshes of the Guardiana estuary which surround Ayamonte and are rich in birdlife, including herons, storks and flamingos.
Travel
Faro airport is just 35-40 minutes drive away and most of the low budget airlines fly there from most UK airports.
Car hire is recommended and easily arranged locally or at the airport in Faro.
Distances
There are miles of sandy beaches, pine forests, strawberry fields and beautiful Spanish towns and villages offering 5,000 years of culture and history. To the north is the Sierra de Aracena mountain range with amazing caves and reputedly the oldest mines in the world. Columbus sailed from Huelva (provincial capital) and you can visit replicas of his 3 ships in the harbour or take a daytrip to the exciting and historical city of Seville.
Booking notes
A deposit of £150 is required to secure the booking. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to departure. In addition to the full rental price a £200 breakages deposit is required and is refundable pending a post-departure inspection.
Full payment, including £200 breakages deposit, is required at the time the booking is made if less than 6 weeks prior to departure. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of departure will forefit the full rental price.
