The property is brand new situated in a small Spanish village located 7 kilometres from Puerto Banus. There is the use of a baby pool and adult pool in a gated garden area and also a larger adult pool. There is underground parking available. The village is very quiet and peaceful located 10 minutes drive from Puerto Banus and numerous magnificent golf courses. Nearby there are numerous walks with breathtaking views of the mountains, Africa, Gibraltar and the coast. Within 7 kilometre drive there is a beautiful Spanish Pueblo called Istan where you are able to take in the views of the lake and mountains and drink the natural spring water. There are activities to be taken advantage of, i.e. canoeing, hiking at La Concha, mountain biking in Sierra de las Nieves, Rock Climbing, horse riding, survival courses all of which are available to book. Then port is within a 7 kilometre drive which offers a wide variety of restaurants, magnificent boats, shopping and exciting night life.

| Other: | The open plan lounge dining area leads out through patio doors onto a private sun terrace which has table and chairs for 6. The master bedroom and separate bathroom located on the ground level also enjoys a small private sun terrace. |

The property is provided with linen and towels, there is a cleaning service available if needed and does have to be booked in advance and charged at an hourly rate, there is a minimum of 2 hours. |

Accessibility
Steps to front door and roof terrace therefore not ideal for wheelchair use.
Outside
3 shared pools one large in fenced garden - 1 medium together with baby pool also in a fenced garden.
3 private terraces one being 60sq. metre roof terrace with trellis and plants on 3 sides. Panoramic views of Africa Gibraltar coast and lake from front of terrace and top of "la Concha" mountain view from the rear. The local goat herd can often be seen grazing on the hillside, along with three horses. In the evenings if you are lucky wild boars can be seen feeding in the nearby orchard. Large birds of prey have been seen including Golden Eagles.
Coast/Beach
10 mins drive to Puerto Banus and 15 minutes to Marbella where there are numerous sandy beaches, most with beach restaurants and chiringito's. Watesports facilities are available.
Golf
There are over 40 golf courses along the Costa del Sol. The nearest ones are a 10 - 20 minute drive.
Skiing
2 hours by car to Sierra Nevada Mountains where all equipment can be hired for skiing January to March.
Travel
The apartment is 50 minutes from Malaga Airport and 50 minutes from Gibraltar Airport. Car hire is strongly recommended.
Distances
The village of Istan is 10 minutes drive up the beautiful mountain road. The village has wonderful set walking routes including a route to La Concha mountain. The cosmopolitan town of Marbella is 10 mins drive, with the famous "orange square" in the old town. Puerto Banus is 10 minutes drive where there is a marina, restaurants, bars, designer shops- something for everyone. Ronda is 1 hours drive through amazing scenery.
Further details
Local travel agents run excursions to the main cities including Granada. There are day trips to Gibraltar with the famous Barbary apes and dolphin and whale trips. Trips to Morocco available. Deep sea fishing and boat charters can be found in the Ports.

Water and electric are included. 40% deposit with balance payable 4 weeks before arrival. 40% cancellation cost at 28 days. As from 27 days full 100% cancellation cost.
