Accessibility
The property is wheelchair accessible to the front and back doors. Bedroom 3 is on the ground floor and the en-suite has a wet floor, shower area. A pool hoist can be installed if required.
Outside
The property features a large, covered, terrace area with sofas, tables, a dining table with seating for 8 and a gas barbecue. The large pool area includes sun loungers, tables and large parasol to the side of the 4.8m x 9.5m, heated pool.
Coast/Beach
Short distance to beach.
Golf
There are a number of excellent golf courses and golf schools in Sotogrande; Valderrama, San Roque, Real Club de Sotogrande, Almenara, La Canada, La Reserva and Alcadaisa. All are within a short drive (pun intended) of the villa.
Skiing
Superb skiing at Sierra Nevada two and a half hours drive from the villa.
Travel
Malaga: 60 mins.
Gibralta: 15 mins.
Jerez: 60 mins.
Distances
10 minute walking distance to golf courses, bars, restaurants and shops. Tarifa: 40 minutes drive. Peurto Banus/Marbella: 30 minutes drive.
Booking notes
Enquiries and booking should be made direct with the owner by telephone or e-mail. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable to secure the booking. The balance, plus a £500 returnable damage deposit, must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to the booking period. If the booking is made within eight weeks of the rental date then 100% is payable on booking.
