A beautiful detached villa with private pool, located in the area of Puerto Cabopino, a mere 10 minutes walk to the beautiful Cabopino beach. The harbour at Cabopino is a delight to see, with a myriad of restaurants to chose from, including the renowned Alberts in the port. We are within the region of Marbella, 25 minutes drive from Malaga Airport. Everything for the perfect holiday is on your doorstep, but if you do decide to hire a car there are some lovely places to visit in the near vicinity, with the towns of Mijas, Marbella and Puerto Banus are all within easy reach, as are the 30 golf courses in the region.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. There is an extra charge for the log cabin of £150 per week!
Changeover day
Changeover is flexible, but we require guests to vacate the villa by 10h00 on day of departure if we have incoming guests. There is an area for you to leave your luggage if necessary and we will supply a shower room for your party, after 10h00.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has a super king bed, TV and DVD player plus patio doors leading to the garden. Bedroom 2 has a super king bed and walk in wardrobe. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and mirrored wardrobes. The log cabin is totally self contained. |
| Bathrooms: | There are 2 en-suites with a spa bath in bedroom 1 and a power shower suite in bedroom 2. Bedroom 3 has a shower room adjacent, plus bidets to both. The log cabin has its own shower room. |
| Kitchen: | Included in the kitchen are a gas cooker with hob and grill, plus a microwave oven and commercial fridge and freezer. |
| Living Rooms: | Living room with sofas and a fridge. |
| Other: | There is also an outside bar and awnings all around, with a table and 8 chairs for alfresco meals. We also have a gas barbecue for your enjoyment. |

Weekly linen and towel change included, with a full cleaning facility if required. |

Accessibility
There are a number of steps down the the villa, which make it unsuitable for wheelchair users. However, there are numerous bars and restaurants within walking distance.
Outside
The landscaped tropical gardens are huge, allowing plenty of space to sunbath in peace. There are ample sun loungers with mattresses and a private pool for your enjoyment. The pool has built in steps, making it ideal for children to enjoy at their leisure. The patio incorporates another table and chairs, with a gas barbecue and awning over.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful Cabopino Beach is a mere 10 minutes stroll away. This is one of the most popular beaches along the coast, with gently shelving sandy beaches making it ideal for families with children of all ages.

Free Buggy before 10:00am. 1 free green fee for every booking of 12 players or more.
Pre-booking for most courses in the region can be organised, including discounted Green Fees where available. Transport to and from courses also available. We are members of the local golf society and would be happy to introduce all visitors. There are 30 courses within the immediate vicinity.
Travel
The villa is situated 20 - 25 minutes drive from Malaga Airport. Whilst a car would be helpful, it is certainly not a necessity.
Gibraltar Airport is approx 1hr away, by car.
Distances
Fuengirola and Marbella are approx 12 - 14 kilometres away in either direction, whilst Elvira and Calahonda are within 5 minutes drive. Mijas Village is approx 10- 15 minutes away by car.
The Beautiful Port of Cabopino (Pine - Cape), with its array of Restaurants and bars is a mere 10 minutes walk from the Villa
Further details
There are a number of bars and restaurants within the vicinity, with the excellent Da Bruno's 5 minutes walk away. The local garage supplies freshly cooked bread every morning and there is a supermarket within walking distance, which has all the basic provisions. We are happy to supply a welcome pack, on request, and offer a well stocked bar for all your needs.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to your holiday start date.
There is an extra charge for the Log Cabin of £150 per week.
We also require a damage deposit of £200, payable upon arrival.

We were ready for a relaxing family holiday and Villa Cabopino exceeded all expectations. The villa itself was luxurious with huge beds, walk in wardrobe and fabulous shower and Jacuzzi bath. Outside the garden provided the perfect location.

A Stunning Villa
We were looking for a safe family holiday in Spain and found exactly that!
The accommodation was beautifully presented and just as the site described. The villa is set in its own secure grounds and walking distance from a great beach, bars bus route and local entertainment. We had a fantastic holiday, the accommodation was perfect and we would recommend it to anyone!
