About the owner
Born in Edinburgh, Scotland, I have lived in Spain for 18 years both in Seville and Aracena - a beautiful town 100kms north west of Seville. Recently I've worked as Sales Director of a food company and am also involved in local politics - cultural affairs. I would be delighted to help you with information to make your holiday in Seville as pleasant as possible and I know the city very well. I can also help with accommodation in Aracena if you want to do a 2 centre holiday. Aracena is situated in the Sierra de Aracena Natural Park. The area offers wonderful walks, visits to beautiful villages in the area and - in Aracena many cultural activities, history etc. The area is famous for its gastronomy - dry cured hams, wild mushrooms and Iberian pork dishes.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
The apartment is situated in the Macarena - a very old and historic district in the centre of Seville. I love the atmosphere - plenty of good bars with tapas and drinks and also flamenco. It is not a typically tourist area - the experience will be of 'living' in Seville. All the main historical sights - the Cathedral, Old Jewish Quarter etc are within easy reach - also beautiful parks, museums and galleries.
