This Moorish style self-contained apartment is an annex of our spacious villa with private pool. Situated on the urbanization of Cerros del Aguila there is an excellent restaurant and bar which overlooks lovely gardens, a large communal pool and a tennis court for your enjoyment. Casa Katrin is a 20 mins drive from Malaga Airport; 5 mins drive to the beaches, shops and nightlife of Fuengirola; 15 mins drive to the pretty village of Mijas and approx. 1 1/2 to Gibraltar 2 hour drive to Granada, Sevilla, Cordoba and the Sierra Nevada for skiing. There are many, many golf courses within easy reach of Casa Katrin.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Time of arrival of booking commences at 16.00 hours. Time of departure of booking is 10.00 hours.

| Kitchen: | A new open plan fully fitted kitchen with natural granite topped breakfast bar including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric hob, electric oven under and extractor hood above. This is set in a very large lounge area. |
| Living Rooms: | The dining room and lounge area is an open plan design, it is furnished with antique and modern furniture. You have a very large antique dining table that will seat 8. Sofa, armchairs, coffee table. Sky TV, DVD, player. Central heating in all rooms. |

Bed linen and towels (not beach) are provided. Change of linen and towels is once a week. Maid service can be provided at extra cost. A grocery provision service can also be provided at the commencement of your holiday. Car hire arranged. Taxi service. |
Outside
There are sliding doors leading from the lounge area onto a pretty terrace area where you can relax on sun loungers enjoying the sunshine, eat al fresco or sit with drinks and watch the beautiful sunset over the Mijas Mountains. The pool is very child friendly with a shallow end. The pool is not heated. Planty of patio space for barbecues.

The beach of Fuengirola is a 10 mins drive from Casa Katrin. Many other beaches are nearby.
Golf
There are many golf courses within easy reach of Casa Katrin
Mijas Golf, La Cala Golf, La Chaparel Golf just down the road and many more all between 5 - 10 to 15 mins drive no more.

It is recommended that you hire a car for Casa Katrin. We are 20 - 25 mins from Malaga Airport. 1 1/2 from Gibraltar, Marbella 40 mins and Mijas 15 - 20 mins.
