The apartment is ideally located 10 minutes from the sea front and promenade with bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the Aquapolis water park all within walking distance. Torrevieja is the ideal holiday location, acclaimed by the World Health Organisation as one of the healthiest places in the world to live, with its proximity to the salt lakes, an abundance of sea food and its own climate. The town is very cosmopolitan but has retained all of its Spanish appeal. With daily craft fairs on the promenade and one of the biggest markets in Spain every Friday morning, its a must see location.

Notes on accommodation
Everything you need is within walking distance, car hire not essential. If you want a break from our winter, long lets between November - March can be negotiated at very attractive rates. Managed locally cleaning, maintenance and any help is all at hand. We can collect you from the airport and see you to the door.
Accessibility
The apartment is on the ground floor with a ramped access to the pool area and a ramped access off the street, suitable for kiddies or the elderly.
Outside
The communal pool is ideal if you just want to sunbathe and chill and feel secure from the road.
Coast/Beach
Only a 15 minute walk to a number of blue flag beaches in Torrevieja. A short drive will get you to La Mata or Cabo Roig.
Travel
Alicante and Murcia Airports a 40 minute drive.
Distances
The Habaneras shopping centre with its fabulous fashion shops and the Aquapark are all within walking distance.
Further details
Alicante is an hours drive away and the Terra Mitica theme park outside Benidorm is a 90 minute drive away.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required on booking and the balance 8 weeks prior to departure. A £100 refundable security deposit is payable on arrival.
