Changeover day
All times and changeovers are flexible however my agent has to meet clients at the apartment to hand over keys and for this service he charges a small fee of 10 Euros there is no other charges.

| Bedrooms: | Both bedrooms have fully fitted modern wardrobes and Air con/heaters with bedside tables. Luxury double beds and top grade mattresses are supplied, linen is changed after every visit. |
| Bathrooms: | The bathroom includes bath/shower, sink and urinal, fully tiled walls with illuminated mirror. An extra large water tank has been fitted to allow ample hot water. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen includes washing machine, halogen hob, microwave, kettle, iron, toaster etc. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room has flat screen TV with satellite stations, DVD player, a CD radio with 2 settees. High tech Samsung Air-con/heater with climate control is fitted. |

Towels and linen are all included, the property is cleaned after every occupancy. |

The beach is 1 minute from the apartment.

There is a golf course 10 minutes drive from the apartment.
Travel
The N332 (being the main route to Alicante Airport) is very near and easy to pick up, you can avoid all town traffic to get on this route.
The other direction the N332 takes you through some very nice areas ie. Cabo Roig with a good selection of, bars restaurants etc.
Distances
Torrevieja is well situated, being 40 minutes from busy Alicante town, there are also some lovely Spanish villages not to far away in a car ie. Oreheula. There is a large shopping precinct 10 minutes drive away, up the N332 including a hypermarket, also a shopping mall, with top designer shops and boutiques.
Further details
There is a refurbished swimming pool with a very good restaurant 100 metrs from the apartment free to get in with a nominal fee to swim.
Booking notes
If one requires to book the apartment, a £40 deposit or Euro equivalent is required, and the balance paid 4 weeks before departure. Payment can be by cheque which will require time too clear, or Paypal which is a very easy and secure way of doing these transactions.
