Further details
Gaucin, retaining it's Spanish feel, has many small shops as well as 4 larger 'supermarkets' and a delicatessen. A mobile service sells fresh fish and there is an excellent, well-stocked shop selling organic produce. The village has a good selection of tapas bars and there are occasional live Flamenco performances in the area. Beauty treatments and a range of alternative therapies can be arranged locally. The Serrania de Ronda has 3 protected national parks - Las Nieves, Grazalema and Los Alcornocales. The beauty of the landscape and bird life in particular can be fully appreciated from a network of trails for walking and riding.
