Very spacious ground floor apartment surrounded by beautiful gardens with mature trees. There is sun all day on the garden and terrace, with natural shade from a beautiful Cork tree. Having the convenience of its own private driveway there is parking at the door. There is also a BBQ area. Every room has the benefit of large patio doors, which face the uninterrupted spectacular views to mountains and sea. There are two large bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite. The lounge and open plan kitchen area is an enormous 80sqm. Hot and cold air conditioning is in each room. This place is unique and offers the opportunity to relax in unspoilt surroundings whilst being close to all the amenities available in Elviria and Marbella. There are two pools, which are very close to the accommodation. For golfers there are 23 courses within half an hour, the closest being 8 minutes away. A perfect all year round location.

Kitchen: American style open plan kitchen perfect for entertaining has a breakfast bar and bar stools It opens into the huge lounge area. Kitchen equipment includes oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and kettle.
Living Rooms: An amazing 80sqm open plan lounge/diner with patio doors leading onto the large terrace and gardens. Leather suite with furnishings to complement the room. Dining table, TV, satellite, DVD, CD. White marble floor. Air con. Mosquito screens to all windows.
Other: All of the rooms in this apartment have white marble floors which are cool. The apartment is on one level as is the access so is perfect for wheelchair access.

Accessibility
This apartment has perfect access for wheelchair users. It is possible to park at the front door via access along the private driveway. All rooms and outside area are on one level.

Outside
Perfect access for any visitors. This apartment has its own private drive where you can drive straight to the front door, unload Golf clubs, bags, shopping, beach brolly, cooler box, bucket and spade, trolleys or wheelchairs without any inconvenience. No need to carry anything! This is very unique for holiday accommodation. Normally you park in a garage and take a lift! Everything is on one level! No stress!

Mature garden with lots of space for children to run around whilst you relax. The terrace is 30sqm and has a table and chairs and space for sun loungers (provided). The BBQ area is situated close to the kitchen, at the end of the drive. The drive can accommodate 3 cars.

There are two pools, one being a large infinity pool, the other smaller. Both are close to the apartment. Both have toilets, showers and sun loungers. It is very private with the grounds surrounded by mature bushes.

Coast/Beach
The beaches are only 9 mins away by car and there is so much choice. The nearest beach is Elviria, where the famous Nikki Beach can be found. Along the coast towards Malaga you have beaches such as Cabopino with the picturesque Harbour full of restaurants and bars, Calahonda, Riviera, Mijas Costa and the resort of La Cala. Mijas Pueblo is 40 mins drive away. Towards and beyond Marbella you have beaches galore, Funny Beach, the Orange Square and Puerto Banus. All within 20 mins by car.

Golf
This is the place for enthusiastic Golfers. The apartment looks down the valley over La Cala Golf where there are four award winning courses. It is 8 mins from Santa Maria Golf course and then within 20 mins are 22 other popular courses. For those who do not play the apartment is not situated on a course!

Special interest holidays
Special Interest Holidays - As the owner is an established artist and provides lessons, it is possible to arrange a painting holiday by negotiation. The scenery in this area of Andalucia can provide the perfect inspiration for art enthusiasts.

Travel
Malaga airport is a 45 min drive. Car hire is essential not only for this apartment but to appreciate the area in full. A day trip to Ronda is a popular excursion for many visitors.

Distances
If you require a holiday mix of total relaxation but the hustle and bustle of the coast only 10 mins away, this is perfect. There are many opportunities for walkers to enjoy the flora and fauna in the local vicinity. Mijas Pueblo is 40 mins drive although you can see its sparkling lights across the valley, you must travel round the coast to get to it. Gibraltar is about 45 mins and Algeciras (for Morocco ferries) about 1 hour 30 mins. Tarifa is a little further on.

Further details
Ronda with its spectacular scenery is 1 hour 45 mins up a very windy road but worth it. From the apartment you can walk or drive to the local bar and restaurant. The Kudu bar is a trendy bar only a couple of minutes away, where you can have a snack, evening meal and drinks with amazing views from the terrace. The Messina Restaurant, close to Kudu is a Restaurant popular with locals. The famous Hofsass Tennis club also has a Bar.

In Elviria, 10 mins away there are many bars and restaurants. On your left there are Spanish, English, Chinese, Japanese. To your right, Italian, Belgian, English and further on Indian. Along the beach you will find numerous Chiringuitos serving food and drinks. You will also find many Fish Restaurants.

There are two main supermarkets in Elviria. Market days are Monday in Marbella, Tuesday in Fuengirolla, Wednesday and Saturday in La Cala de Mijas and Saturday in Puerto Banus.

Booking notes
To reserve a booking we require a 25% deposit by Bank Transfer to our account. Full payment is required 6 weeks in advance to our account. A deposit of 300€ in cash on arrival against breakages or spillage. This is returnable.

No smoking inside the apartment.

Guest comments
Visitors to the apartment are normally surprised by the space in and around it. Comments such as `the photographs don´t do it justice´ have been made and we have had several repeat bookings.
