El Valle Golf Resort is Polaris World's most prestigious development. The apartment is situated on the ground floor with a large terrace. It is east facing and gets sun for the majority of the day. There is also a small terrace at the rear of the property to catch the evening rays. The nearest swimming pool is a three minutes walk away. The 18 hole golf course is one the best in the area and a free shuttle bus operates between all of the Polaris sites. There is a beautiful club house, restaurant, Irish pub and supermarket on site. There are many attractions in the area from lovely beaches at Los Alcazares, to the city of Murcia (20 mins) with its historic past, modern shopping, restaurants, cinema and bowling alley.

| Kitchen: | All of the main appliances are Bosch. There is a built in cooker, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and a large fridge freezer. There is also a kettle and toaster. It also has a stainless steel sink and granite work surfaces. |
| Utility Room: | There is a Bosch washer/dryer. Iron, ironing board and airer. There is also room to store golf clubs. |
| Living Rooms: | This is larger than most properties with 2 leather 2 seater settees. A large coffee table, 2 side tables, a 32 inch flat screen TV, DVD player and CD player. The dining area has a table with four chairs. Double patio doors lead out onto the terrace. |
| Other: | There is a security entry phone in the hall and the apartment benefits from both heating and air-conditioning. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and bedlinen are provided. Cleaning is not included and costs 50 euros. This should be paid on arrival to the key holder. If you require mid stay cleaning and change of linen there is an additional charge. Cleaning from 1 Jan 2009 is 60 euros. |

Outside
The large terrace has a table with four chairs and two sun loungers. An electric barbecue is also available. At the rear there is a small terrace.
Coast/Beach
There are many lovely beaches in the area. One of the nearest is at Los Alcazares which has a lovely promenade, cafes and water sports (in high season). Lifeguards also patrol the the beach. The waters of the Mar Menor lagoon are also said to be very therapeutic. Another beach nearby is Santiago de la Ribera.
Golf
There are many golf course nearby as well as the wonderful
El Valle Course. La Torre (another Jack Nicklaus designed course) and Mosa Trajectum are both less than 10 minutes away. A free shuttle bus goes to all of the Polaris sites giving an opportunity to play all of the courses. As a guest of El Valle you will be eligible for reduced green fees at El Valle, La Torre, Mar Menor and La Hacienda Riquelme.
Travel
The nearest airport is San Javier (Murcia) which is about 20 mins drive. Alicante airport is approximately 50 mins away. Nearly all of the budget airlines have flights daily to both airports
Distances
The city of Murcia is a 20 minute drive away. It has a Cathedral, shops, restaurants, a bowling alley, cinema etc.
Another place worth visiting is Cartagena a 40 mins drive away with shops, restaurants and a lovely harbour area.
There is also the Aquapolis Water Park 30 mins away.One hour away is Terra Mitica Theme Park and Aqualandia in Alicante.
Booking notes
Bookings within 8 weeks of departure with full payment at the time of booking. Bookings over 8 weeks from departure - a non refundable deposit of 25%. The balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure. A security deposit of £200 is payable but will be returned within 10 days of completion of the holiday. This is to ensure that the high standard of the apartment is maintained. Long term lets will be considered subject to negotiations.
