Located on a quiet cul-de-sac of 7 villas with no through traffic, complete with private pool and beautiful communal pool just behind the villa. Enjoy 2 spacious terraces that lend themselves to enjoying a BBQ and the odd glass whilst soaking in the superb views. Even in the hottest months our fully air conditioned rooms ensure you can escape the heat and in winter some additional warmth is provided. There are 3 light and airy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite). The villa is perfect for families and couples alike, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do such as nature and water parks, spa centres, top golf courses, beaches and even go-karting and horse-riding. The villa is just 5 minutes drive from everything you could need in San Miguel or Villamartin which has a vast number of excellent bars/restaurants. So all you need for a great holiday.

Notes on accommodation
Meet and greet is included in the price however for an extra charge of £50 a starter pack is available. The villa is fully air conditioned (hot and cold) throughout, it is suitable for children. There is also a safe installed to keep your valuables safe and secure. Please note the villa is non smoking.

This is not just a rental property, but also our family holiday home, we have furnished it to a very high standard and taken great care in the adding those little extra touches of luxury, such as towels and bedding from John Lewis and Next, to try and make it a home from home, we really hope you enjoy your stay here.

At extra cost starter food packs, golf packages, car hire etc. see website. We can also arrange pick-up from Alicante and Murcia Airports (cost is Euros 90 & 50 return respectively). A taxis servce can also be booked via our key holders whereever you require or coming home until 1am, just ask on arrival.

Outside
The outside area is safe and secure with intercom access on the pedestrian gate and a electronic car gate to the cul-de-sac and gates round the bottom terraqce to keep chidren away from the stairs or pool. There are 6 sun loungers for lazing on by the pool and on the upper sun terrace which is secluded allowing you to catch the last of the sun at the end of the day whilst watching the sun set over the pink salt lakes of Torrevieja. The pool is fully maintained all year round, for your safety and comfort during your stay.

The lower terrace has a BBQ terrace for your use with a glass dining table with seating for 6 people.

Coast/Beach
With vast stretches sandy beaches to explore, our villa is ideally situated to take advantage of all the Blue flag clean beaches: La Zenia ia a mere 10 mins drive and can be seen from the sun terraces with Guardamar beach, Cabo Roig and the Mar Menor a leisurely drive away.

Golf
You are also ideally located near to 4 golf clubs, the nearest being Campomaor and Villamartin 5-10 mins away. Within 15 minutes you will find Las Ramblas and La Finca plus of course you also have La Manga and several others within easy reach. We can arrange tee-off times as well as pick-up services.

Travel
Our villa is located between San Miguel de Salinas and Villamartin, which is 35 mins drive south from Alicante airport or 15/20 mins north of Murcia (San Javier) airport. There are several low cost airlines operating on these routes from all major UK airports, including easyjet, thomsonfly, jet2 and flymonarch. Car hire is essential to really explore the area and we can arrange this on your behalf.

Further details
A full information pack is available at the villa and Sue and Tony who will meet and greet you will be happy to answer any questions you may have. There are numerous facilities include 3 banks, supermarkets, pharmacy, a great variety of bars and restaurants including English, Indian, Spanish, Chinese and Italian in both San Miguel and Villamartin.

Supervalu and Consum are 2 supermarkets which open on a Sunday and are on the road out of Villamartin towards the beach at la Zenia. There are numerous safe play areas for the children inparticular a trampolene area in Villamartin PIazza near MR Bigs restaurant. Los Montesinos which is nearby has a market on a Friday afternoon and San Miguel has several festivals throughout the year. Our urbanisation is new and there is currently still a little finishing off behind us throughout 2010 but does not affect our villa and it is totally peaceful.

Ask for September 2011 offer prices. Prices quoted are inclusive prices and include full use of air-conditioning. A non-refundable deposit of gbp150 is required to reserve per week and the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.

Enjoying the gorgeous weather in Spain

About the owner
Hi my name is Sarah, I have been coming to this part of Spain since I was a young girl so have got to know this region very well. I love the fact that I can come here to escape the hustle and bustle or my family and I can go do activities together. But generally I just like to relax on the nearby beach or lazing by our pool enjoying the breeze we get up here at the top of the hill. The weather is great most of the year which is perfect for a sun-worshipper like me. The fact that food and drink is so much cheaper and better quality in Spain also means I can indulge my love of food and wine with so many different restaurants to choose from. I am renting my villa out so you to can enjoy my little piece of paradise). What says it all to me; 60% of those who rented last year have booked again.

I think my reasons for buying here say it all really. This is such an ideal location for active or purely relaxing with the family or on a romantic getaway or even a sporting weekend...playing on one of the many championship golf courses within 10-20 mins. The position of this villa is quite unique on the hillside with breathtaking views across the salt lakes and sea also offering a lovely breeze which provides respite from the sun in the hottest months.
