This luxury 5* resort has been designed with security in mind, it is set within a barrier controlled complex with 24hr surveillance and security patrols. There are numerous bars, restaurants and shops both English and Spanish within 10 minutes walk of the complex. The stunning 5* Roda Golf and Beach Resort boasts an 18 hole Par 72 golf course designed by Dave Thomas who also designed the Brabazon course at the De Vere Belfry, the Ryder Cup venue in Birmingham, UK. The Roda Golf and Beach Resort has its own private beach and beach club. It is located on the La Manga Del Mar Menor peninsula, with beach access to both the Mar Menor and Mediterranean sea. You can swim or try water sports in the warm ocean or relax by the swimming pool. The beautiful beach of Los Alcazares skirts the Mar Menor which is a large non tidal sea water lagoon which provides safe bathing.

Notes on accommodation
This is a non-smoking apartment and no pets please. The apartment has central heating and air-conditioning. There is a travel cot available (but no bedding) at a nominal charge of £10 per week.
Accessibility
This apartment is not adapted for disabled but there is a lift to all floors.
Outside
Large double terrace with dining table and 6 chairs. Also available 2 sun loungers and 2 sun beds. Large shared pool in beautiful landscaped gardens. Pool situated just below the terrace.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful beach of Los Alcazares is situated 5 minutes drive away on the Mar Menor. There is also a private beach club situated on the La Manga Del Mar Menor peninsula with beach access to both the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean.
The beach club has a restaurant and bar service, it serves the pool and beach area. A supervised swimming pool with jacuzzi, solarium area, changing rooms with lockers etc.
To get to the beach club there is a transport service by ferry and mini bus.
Golf

Travel
Murcia airport is just 10 minutes drive away. There are a number of car hire companies within the airport.

Please contact owner. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required when booking. Balance plus £100 refundable damage deposit required 6 weeks before departure. Welcome pack can be supplied containing:- tea, coffee, milk, water, 6 beers, bottle cava, bread, butter, bacon, eggs, sugar. At a cost of 25euro payable on arrival. Greet and meet can be arranged payable locally. Midstay clean for stays of more than a week.
