Changeover day is flexible. Arrival time is 3pm onwards.

Outside
The communal area has 2 swimming pools, a children's play area with shallow pool and communal gardens. The lounge and bedrooms have direct access onto the balconies / terrace which come equipped with table, chairs and loungers. The apartment come with it's own garage.
Coast/Beach
Puerto Duquesa around a 15 minute walk away has sweeping beaches. Sabinillas boasts one of the quieter most expansive beaches in the area.
Golf
Duquesa Fairways is next to the famous golf course, designed by Robert Trent Jones, La Duquesa Golf Course to be more precise, it's by the 5th hole.
La Duquesa Golf course offers an interesting and varied game due to its long fairways and has two clearly different parts.
The first nine holes are of a certain ‘English style’ with narrow fairways and high greens. Particularly beautiful is the 4th hole with its magnificent views, but it can also easily give you trouble for your scorecard. The second nine are easier with wide fairways, although the greens will supply additional difficulties. Other golf courses in the area are: Almenara Golf Club, The Club de Golf Sotogrande, Valderrama Golf Club.
Travel
A car is highly recommended. There are at least six airports: Gibraltar, 30 minutes, Malaga, 60 minutes, Jerez, 80 minutes, Cadiz, one and a half hours and Granada or Seville, 2 hours.
Distances
Manilva is a traditional village located in the hills behind Puerto Duquesa. Puerto Duquesa is a shot walk of around 15 minutes or 5 minutes by car. It has an abundance of shops , restaurants, sporting activites as well as sweeping beaches.
Further details
A short walk from Puerto Duquesa is Sabinillas. Here you will find supermarkets, medical centre etc. Sabinillas has a reputation of having some of the best seafood bars and restaurants and boasts one of the quieter most expansive beaches in the area. You may also want to visit the mountain town of Ronda, Old Town Marbella, Estepona, and the Selwo African Safari Park, or take the ferry to Tangiers.

Deposit: £150.00 is required upon booking, with the remainder of the fee being paid 6 weeks prior to departure.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of £150.00 is payable 6 weeks prior to departure. This will be returned within one week of return to your home destination.
