This three bedroom apartment is set on the first floor of the El Limonar complex, and has splendid views down the golf course from the main terrace. The apartment comprises three bedrooms, one bathroom, one shower room, fully fitted kitchen, lounge/dining room and a front and rear terrace. The apartment has a videophone entry system and a car parking space in the lower car park set beneath the apartment block. The apartment is situated directly alongside the Los Lagos Golf Course. This course, together with the Los Olivos course make up the Mijas Golf complex.

Changeover day
At present there are no set changeover days.
| Bedrooms: | Each bedroom is twin bedded and has a fully fitted wardrobe. All pillows, sheets and blankets are provided. Each bedroom also has additional storage space provided together with bedside lights and a radio alarm. |
| Bathrooms: | This room has a Jacuzzi bath with integrated shower, toilet, bidet and wash hand basin integrated within a cupboard unit that contains a small first aid kit and hair dryer. The shower room has a fully enclosed shower, toilet, wash hand basin with mirror. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen has a 4 ring ceramic hob and full oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. All crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and normal kitchen utensils are provided. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge has a three seat settee, a two seat settee, single chair, satellite TV with family, sport and cinema channels, radio/CD/cassette player, DVD player and large coffee table. The settees do not make up into additional beds. |
| Other: | The dining area has a large table with six matching dining chairs all with armrests. There is a large serving hatch between the dining area and the kitchen. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The apartment is cleaned and all bedding and towelling changed at the end of each letting. If you require a weekly or more frequent cleaning routine then you can arrange for additional cleans directly with our site agent at £50 per clean. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment is fully air-conditioned. The system will cool the apartment during the summer months and will heat it during the winter months. Whilst children are welcome there are no provisions for babies or small children that still require a cot to sleep in. There are two underground car park levels beneath the apartment complex. We have car park space 38 that can be found on the lowest car park level. Entry and exit is via automated, radio controlled doorways. The entry and the exit ramps are not easy to traverse and so we would recommend leaving your car on the road outside the complex. The apartment is let on a strictly no smoking and no pets basis.
Accessibility
There is limited disabled access to the apartment complex and each individual apartment has lift access. Within the apartment, however, there are no disabled or wheelchair friendly facilities.
Outside
The apartment complex has well cultivated gardens to the front and rear, and a good sized unheated swimming pool that is supervised by a lifeguard during the peak summer months. There is also a large lawn area adjacent to the swimming pool for relaxing on when swimming is simply too much to contemplate. We provide 4 sun loungers and 6 deck chairs for use by the pool. There is also a cool box and umbrella for use on the beach. We do not provide beach towels and we would ask that you do not take our bath and hand towels out of the apartment to use as pool or beach towels. The large rear terrace has a six seat table and six chairs so that you can eat, drink or simply relax with a good book outside. We do not have any barbecue facilities as the smoke from a barbecue would affect our neighbours on the higher floors.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is only 10 minutes drive from Fuengirola with its lively clubs, bars and beach. There is a large water park at Fuengirola and the Tivoli World amusement park and the Sea Life Centre at nearby Benalmadena. For a quieter time you might like to visit the family beach of La Cala de Mijas, only 15 minutes drive from the apartment, with its child oriented activities in the summer months and its rather splendid beach side restaurants.
Golf
The apartment is situated directly alongside the Los Olivos Golf Course. This course, together with the Los Lagos course make up the Mijas Golf complex. The club house is a 10 minute stroll from the apartment or 3 minutes by car. Being situated on the Costa del Sol, or Costa del Golf as it is often referred to, you will find a large number of courses to suit all abilities, including the championship courses of Valderama and Sotogrande within 60 minutes drive of the apartment.
Travel
From Malaga airport it takes 30 to 40 minutes to get to the apartment by car. If you rely upon taxis then the travelling time is going to be roughly the same. There is a train that runs from the airport to Fuengirola every 30 minutes, after which you can take a taxi from Fuengirola station to the apartment. Car hire is strongly recommended.
Distances
Drive towards Marbella and you come to Cabopino with its small marina, excellent choice of restaurants and splendid beach. Keep going West you will arrive at Marbella and then just a little further away you will arrive at Puerto Banus with its large marina. Use the toll road to get to Gibraltar in around an hour. Malaga City is also well worth a visit.
Further details
The Mijas Golf urbanisation has a really good local restaurant offering cheap and cheerful food. Opposite this restaurant is a large Radisson hotel with its restaurant and facilities. Near to the Radisson hotel is a small bar where you can simply go and have a drink. Towards the first entrance to Mijas Golf is the El Golf restaurant that offers better quality food than the cheaper restaurant, average prices and friendly service. Try to avoid being seated in the upper restaurant area above the bar as we find the seats to be extremely uncomfortable. Within 10 minutes drive of the apartment is a large El Corte Ingles department store. Within the same driving distance is a massive food and general goods supermarket, Euro market, that sells a wide range of British foods as well as a wide range of Spanish foods. Towards Fuengirola and again within 10 minutes drive is a large Dunns store and a large Eroski supermarket within a large shopping complex housing a wide variety of other shops. Adjacent to the Tivoli theme park is the start of the cable car that takes you to a bird sanctuary atop one of the 'mountain' peaks above Benalmadina. This is a very spectacular ride and when coupled with the bird sanctuary, and its displays of birds of prey flying around you it is well worth a trip. You should visit Benalmadina Pueblo. Set high in the hill overlooking its gaudy neighbour on the coast this is a lovely village, only 20 minutes from the apartment, with three restaurants in the village square and the best value restaurant anywhere on the Costa del Sol, (restaurant Copenhagen, otherwise referred to as 'Pepe's' after its owner), that is situated next to the village church. We would recommend visiting the Alcazaba, (Moorish Fort), at Malaga together with the Picasso Museum and the Cathedral.
