Accessibility
The villa is on one floor inside, so would also suite people with mobility problems.
Outside
Drive in through double gates, table, chairs and outside light. Wind down blind outside porch. Raised terrace at back with table, chairs, loungers, large umbrella and light. Lower terrace table, chairs, loungers, drinks table, umbrella, light, shower ,barbecue and a gas patio heater for when the nights are abit cooler Garden with washing line and access out to 'Zona Verde'.
Coast/Beach
5 minutes drive to Blue Flag beach, pine forest and sand dunes where you will find restaurants on the beach.
Golf
10-20 minutes drive to La Marquesa. Villa Martin and Las Ramblas, La Manga is a hour drive.
Travel
20 minutes from Alicante airport by car/taxi. We recommend you hire a car but there are plenty of buses and taxis around. Also in the summer months, you can catch a special beach bus.
Distances
Guardamar is a 10 minute drive, Torreveija 20 mins, Benidorm and Terra Mittica is just over an hour.
Further details
Bi weekly market in La Marina. Shops, bars and restaurants 5 minute walk. Hillside community bar with swimming pool (small charge) snooker, crazy golf and entertainment is 2 minute walk. A go-kart track is nearby. Torreveja has cinema and a casino
Booking notes
A 25% deposit (non-refundable) is required to seure your booking. A provisional telephone booking will be held for 4 days pending your deposit cheque. Balance plus £20 key deposit is required 6 weeks before departure (reminders not sent). If departure less then 6 weeks then full balance is required at booking. Key deposit is returned when we have received keys back.
