2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms first floor apartment situated in Caleta de Velez, a small town which sprung up around a fishing port where each day a quaint fish auction takes place, there is also a lovely Marina next to the Harbour. The apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and has spectacular views from the balcony over the Marina and Harbour also the bay of Torre del Mar. Although Caleta is not a large resort, it has a number of cafe's bars and restaurants serving good food (especially fish and seafood). Shops include a bakers, supermarket, chemist, bank are also nearby. Those seeking a busier resort can stroll down the promenade linking Caleta to Torre del mar, there you will find a wide range of restaurants, bars, shops and nightspots. The ever popular Nerja and Torrox are 15 - 25 minutes away by car or bus. Nerja, which is famous for its Balcon and historical caves, has numerous restaurants and bars, lovely beaches and shops and is close to the picturesque village of Frigiliana.

Changeover day
When possible we are flexible on the changeover days as we appreciate that it is more expensive to travel at weekends.

Notes on accommodation
There is a calor gas heater in the lounge for use during the winter months. The water is heated by an electric immersion heater, the cost of which is included in the rental price. We regret that the apartment is not suitable for pets.
Accessibility
Unfortunately, the apartment does not have wheelchair access, and for people with mobility problems, a car is essential.
Outside
Swimming pools and lawned sitting area with landscaped gardens are across the cul-de-sac. These are in a secure area with two entrances with wrought iron gates which are kept locked. There is also a full size tennis court which can be booked.
Coast/Beach
The sea front is approximately 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment.
Golf
The Baviera 18 hole golf course is a 5 minute drive away and the mature Anoreta golf course is only 10 minutes from the apartment.
Travel
Malaga airport is approximately 35 minutes away by car, there is also a bus service from Caleta to Malaga City Centre and also to Torrox and Nerja. Car hire is available from the airport and transport to the apartment from the airport can also be arranged on booking with the apartment Managers.

A 10% deposit is required on booking with the balance payable 2 weeks prior to arrival.
