Peaceful, contemporary design villa, with private pool, set on a hill with great views over countryside. Ideal location for a relaxing family holiday, and to discover the monumental and picturesque city of Granada, and its many cultural events and attractions: the famous Alhambra palace and the UNESCO Barrio de Albaizin. Numerous festivals all year round (Jazz, Flamenco etc). Fine restaurants, the typical Rutas de Las Tapas, and of course a very busy shopping centre. The coast and the Alpujarra are 30 mins away. The house has two floors. On the ground floor: spacious lounge with access to a terrace with outdoor dining, a modern fully fitted kitchen and full bathroom (shower) and a double bedroom on the first floor, there is a family bathroom, and two bedrooms, the master has a walk in wardrobe. There is also a 30sq.m first floor terrace with superb views. Outside there is a pool and a lovely garden with privacy. And a private parking area. The house is tastefully decorated.
