A spacious south facing 'Duplex' house furnished to a good standard with private car parking. The property has a front terrace with patio table and 6 chairs, leading into the air conditioned lounge/dining room which has a fully fitted open plan kitchen to one side. Downstairs cloakroom with washbasin and toilet. Satellite television and music centre are fitted along with a large selection of paper back books for holiday reading. Two twin bedrooms on the first floor (weekly changes of bed linen and towels) with a fully fitted and tiled bathroom. The large sun roof has a table, chairs and sun beds with views to the sea a short distance away. The communal swimming pool is located in the street immediately behind the property where our English property manager also resides. He is available should you have any problems and also provides airport collection at cost if required along with a chauffeur service by arrangement. A comprehensive 'starter pack' of food is provided free of charge.

With two airports (Alicante and Murcia) and a new motorway giving easy access to the region, Torrevieja and the surrounding area has become a Mecca for both holiday makers and those wishing to retire to the sun.
