Large patio windows facing out to the garden, a large outside patio dining area leads to the pool and barbecue area where you can enjoy extensive views across the countryside and the nearby Vineyards. Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in Euros. We will not rent to groups of under 25 years of age, or single sex groups.
The rent is reserved exclusively for the people named on the confirmation and no other persons whatsoever are permitted to stay there unless this has been agreed with me in writing.
There are restrictions on the number of teenagers or young adults in any one booking. Non smokers only. Heating is charged as per usage.
Changeover day
We are flexible with changeover day, however we will not accept a booking that would leave too many unusable days in between.

Linen and towels are included. The cleaning and linen change is carried out on weekly basis. Pool cleaning and gardening is done on either Thursday or Friday. Pool towels are provided, however these must be left clean and dry for the next guests. |

The villa is not wheelchair accessible and is not suited for the old or infirm.

Coast/Beach
Blanes beach is just 5 mins away by car or Bus. There are lots of beautiful coves along the coast including several nudist beaches. The nearest airport is Girona just 30 mins away by car. Barcelona airport is about 1 hour away, depending on traffic. There is an hourly bus service to and from Blanes, just 2 minutes up the road.
Golf
There are many golf courses in the vicinity, within 30 minutes drive, also a professional Pitch and Put course within 10 minutes.
Golf course is just 5 mins away. Blanes (where your Villa is located) is truly a gem of the Costa Brava.
Travel
Girona airport 40km / 35-45 minutes. Barcelona airport 83km 1 hour on motorway.

Further details
Water World a very large aquatic park is very near, as is Marineland with their Dolfin shows and great water park, a wonderful day out for all the family, a free bus service is offered from the bus station. Blanes, hosts the yearly fireworks festival the last 2 weeks of July. Sand castle competitions, Foam Canons, Dancing and many more events, all for free. A must see extravaganza.
The villa is just 30 mins from Gerona airport, just 10 mins from the main auto route and 5 minutes to the nearest beach this is a perfect starting point to explore Catalonia and enjoy some authentic Spanish culture. There is a very good professional pitch 'n' putt course nearby. The location is ideal for a trip, by car, train or bus to Barcelona with its zoo, historic buildings, parks and cathedral designed by the artist Gaudi. Gerona is of historic interest as is Figueres, where the Dali museum is housed. The Botanical Gardens at Blanes are famous and a must see venue.
Residencial Blanes is situated just 5 mins drive from the tranquil resort of Blanes. In the centre of Blanes and the tourist area (Los Pinos) you can find all the night life your heart desires, knowing you can leave all that noise behind and return to the more tranquil area of your villa.
Booking notes
To secure a booking you must pay a 500 euros deposit. On receipt of this I will block your booking. The rest of the rental and a refundable damage deposit of 500 euro is required 8 weeks before arrival. Your damage deposit will be returned by Bank transfer no later than 10 days after departure with any damages, telephone, heating costs deducted. We will not rent to a group leader under 25 years of age. There are restrictions on the number of teenagers or young adults in any one booking.
