Notes on accommodation
The villa is located right in the centre of la Manga Club - Los is Naranjos is a directly opposite the tennis courts, close to and within walking distance to golf, tennis, football facilities, bars and restaurants. The Hyatt Hotel is 3min walk. The villa has reverse cycle air-conditioning and heating to all rooms, with additional ceiling fans to bedrooms.

Accessibility
The villa and surrounding areas are on flat ground. There are no hills to access/climb and although not specially adapted for wheelchair users internally, wheelchair users can access to the villa with a side ramp/walkway and bedrooms can be accessed via the games room.

Outside
Outside the villa there is a patio area with all year round sunshine. The patio area contains solid wood table and chairs and parasol, sunbeds are also provided. There are two large communal pools, (one heated) these are shared only with other properties at Los Narnanjos community. The garden area has pleasant garden, containing many trees and flowers including orange and lemon trees.

Coast/Beach
La Manga Club has its own private beach, with a beautiful fish restaurant overlooking the med sea, and a 5/10 min drive to the mar menor/med sea with it beautiful beaches, bars and restaurants.

Golf
La Manga Club is generally regarded as the premier European golfing destination, with its superb climate and less than 12" of rain a year. Although the 3 x 18 hole courses are always in demand, there is none of the overcrowding so often seen at golf clubs on the Costa del Sol, for instance. The facilities are excellent, suiting all abilities an ages. The comfortable clubhouse includes a spacious bar, restaurant, plenty of space in locker rooms and extensive pro-shop. The academy includes the latest state of the art video technology for swing analysis. There is a 90 bay floodlit driving range, practice putting green, 2 chipping greens, practice bunker, resident pros available and competitions 3 times a week. Residents qualify for 50% reduction on public rate. Handicap certificates/soft spikes required.

La Manga is famous for its sporting facilities which include tennis academy with 28 courts (most floodlit), of various surfaces and fully qualified resident pros. There is squash, bowls a fully equipped gym. There is a fully staffed kids club for 0-12 years, open five days a week. There is also horse riding, scuba diving, crazy golf, and bike hire easily available. There is also a fantastic spa with a 25m indoor pool jacuzzi steam rooms and sauna, numerous treatments to pamper the body and mind. La Manga has two supermarkets and one deli on site, and numerous quality restaurants, shops and also banking facilities. There are several restaurants on and off site that are good value. There is a medical centre on site manned by local doctors and two chemists.

Travel
La Manga Club is easily accessed via the AP 7 motorway, Murcia (San Javier), is the nearest airport with many low cost flights from many UK and European cities. (BMI, Easy jet). The drive is approx 20 mins to the club, with Alicante being approx 60mins drive.
