A 5 min drive you find all amenities like bars, restaurants, banks and supermarkets. Golf courses, beaches and the Yacht harbour Puerto Banus are only minutes away. The community has two pools and an extensive garden. The apartment has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a guest toilet. The kitchen is equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, as well as the usual fridge, brand new oven, microwave and cattle.
