We offer 3 spacious new 1 bedroom apartments fitted for 2/4 people each, all located in this quiet, luxurious apartment building. The complex offers gardens with 3 enormous swimming pools overlooking the Mediterranean, round-the-clock security, and parking. All 3 apartments boast stunning sea and mountain views day and night and a large balcony with sun exposure from midday to sunset. Sea and sandy beaches are across the street, as well as a pleasant and entertaining walk along the beach toward the port of Benalmádena. Gourmet supermarket, pharmacy, cafés, buses all within 300m.

All linens/towels provided.
The apartments are cleaned and linens changed before every new arrival; additional cleaning and linen change can be arranged at an extra charge.
Please note: no pets allowed.
A surcharge will be added for arrivals/departures between 00:00 - 07:00 hours.
Outside
Pleasant gardens surround the 3 immense shared swimming pools; 1 pool is shallow for children (lifeguards on duty in summer). Sunbeds available. Snack-bar by pools open in summer months. Each apartment has a wide balcony with table and chairs for outdoor dining and enjoying the afternoon sun and wonderful views around the clock.
Coast/Beach
Sea and sandy beaches across the street, and all along the coast in this area. Some beaches provide aquatic activities, sunbeds and shade, even drinks; others are just open beaches; there is even a naturist beach nearby.
Golf
Torrequebrada Golf located just behind the building, only a few minutes away. Mijas Golf about a 15 minute drive, Alhaurín and Lauro Golf Courses about a 20 minute drive, and numerous other golf courses located within a 30km radius.
Travel
Málaga airport is a 15/20 minute drive.
A car is not necessary, especially for walkers and people using public transport, though it could be useful for day trips (rentals available in the area).
Distances
The location is ideal for day trips by coach/car to Ronda, Seville, Gibraltar, Granada, Nerja, Marbella, Málaga (all easily reached in about an hour or less). The apartment is located across from the Casino of Torrequebrada; five minutes to the port of Benalmádena (shops, restaurants, clubs, aquarium, dolphin trips)and to Arroyo de la Miel (big Paloma park, Selwo Marina, Tivoli World amusement park); ten minutes to Fuengirola (aqua park, zoo, Tuesday and Sunday markets).
