Your accommodation will be cleaned prior to your arrival with a fresh towels and bedlinen. For stays of 10 nights or more a second clean of linen will be arranged free. A local concierge service provides a wide range of additional extras. Please enquire.

The apartment has telephone entry security, with link by phone to main gate security and is serviced by a lift all way from basement garage.
Beach towels are not provided, please bring your own. Strictly no smoking or no pets. Cots, highchairs, extra beds and grocery packs are all available on request.

Accessibility
The community has a lot of steps and may not be ideal for persons with walking difficulties.

Outside
The property is part of a well run, exclusive gated community with a choice of four outdoor swimming pools. There are ample sunbathing areas and plenty of sun beds. In addition to this Benatalaya has a spa facility which consists of a hydro pool, gym, jacuzzi and sauna which are available to those staying at the complex. The apartment is set in lavish, well maintained fertile gardens.

Coast/Beach
Nearest beach San Pedro approx 3km.
Estepona is 20 minutes (16km) and has fantastic beach with lots to do for kids and family.
Puerto Banus is 10km and Marbella is 15km and both have excellent choice of beaches.

Golf
Benatalaya overlooks Atalaya golf course and is next to La Alqueria and El Parasio. Andalusia is renowned for its top golf courses and the unique sunny and warm winter climate allows golf to be popular all year round. There are nearly 60 golf courses in Andalusia. By car you can reach Los Naranjos, Aloha, Las Brisas and La Quinta within 10 minutes. Torrequebrada, Mijas Golf and El Paraiso within 20 minutes, Sotogrande and Valderama, (Ryder Cup - 1997, 1999 World Championships) within 40 minutes. There are approximately 20 other golf courses on the Costa del Sol within a 30 minute drive.

Skiing
Benatalaya is within 2 hours drive of the Sierra Nevada Mountains and its wonderful ski resort where you can hire all the necessary ski equipment. The best months are Jan/Feb/March when the skiing is excellent. It is possible through the winter to ski in the morning and swim in the pool at your apartment in the afternoon!

Special interest holidays
More than 70% of the Benahavis area is officially classified as being of environmental interest. One of the most beautiful parts of the area is Las Angosturas, rich in wildlife and vegetation and ideal for rural tourism, trekking and cycling right through the year.

Travel
Fly into Malaga International or Gibraltar Airport.
There is so much to offer in this area that a car is highly recommended.
Malaga Airport is one of the busiest airports in Europe, all budget airlines fly to this region of Spain.
Benatalaya is a 3km drive inland, along the Guadalmina River (A-7475 Benahavis road) from the N340/A7 coast road near San Pedro.
Airport: Malaga/Gibraltar 65km.
Railway: Marbella 10km.
Ferry: Puerto Banus 8km.

Distances
It is 5 minutes drive to Benahavis and San Pedro which are typically Spanish towns with lots of lovely restaurants, bodegas, shops etc. The famous Marina at Puerto Banus and cosmopolitan Marbella with its cobbled streets and Orange Square are within a 10 minute drive. Beautiful Ronda nestling amongst the Sierra Blanca mountains with the oldest Bullring in Spain is reached easily within 45 minutes.

4-6 weeks - 50% of rate refund.

A refundable security/breakages deposit of £150 required prior to arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
