Prices are for the property per week in euros. 20% deposit required upon booking by wire transfer or credit card (Payment with Credit Card has a plus: 4%). Minimum 4 nights stay in Low Season or 7 nights stay in High Season required. Security deposit required (will be returned with 7 days after departure if no damage to property). Only 5 minutes to the precious Beach El Mas Nou, with excellent facilities for swimming, a club of navigation and an excellent seaport, restaurants, bars and discotheques. In that same area there is The Station of Train El Mas Nou. All the trains have shutdowns in different points from Barcelona.
Golf
It is to 10 minutes of the Golf Course of Vallromanas and to 20 of the Golf Course Llavaneras.
Special interest holidays
Alella is a charming Mediterranean town that has an economy mainly based of production of wine and cava. The proximity of Barcelona has not cleared the tranquillity to that pretty town!
