La Huerta El Noque is situated close to the historic town of Ronda in Andalucia. Renovated in 2006 from an original build in the 1850's. It is both luxurious and fully equipped for families, conferences and romantic getaways, for short or long term bookings. There is a well facilitated and stylish pool garden with colonnades and many loungers for relaxing or alternatively we can arrange a host of activities either before or during your stay. Ronda has an historic bullring and leisurely shopping with some seasonal and traditional festivals. Andalucian horses form much of the heritage and hence there are many ways to experience the exciting equestrian pursuits in the region. Back at El Noque we have wifi broadband and a library of books for all and CD's for enjoying your indoor read or the hammocks by the pool to enjoy outside.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week/per night in Euros. The cost is for the whole house sleeping up to 12 persons and with all facilities on a self catering basis. Any meal requirements can be arranged on request and services such as babysitting too! The minimum stay is for 2 nights depending on the time of year, please ask.
Changeover day
There is no specific changeover day as we would like you to arrange your own schedule as best suits you.

Accessibility
The apartment is adjoining the main villa and forms part of the house, it is all on ground level and has bedroom, living area, kitchen and ensuite for 2 persons, and also a separate shower. It also has its own private courtyard. It is ideal for those who wish further privacy and also could suit other members of a family who may be less mobile.
Outside
There is a private (heated) pool with garden hosting extensive facilities and lovely features including dining area and showers. All around the house there are a variety of external seating places and hammocks for your relaxation. The courtyard alongside the whole length of the villa is shaded by trees and also a very romantic setting for dinner.
Coast/Beach
The coast is 90 minutes drive to Marbella or approximately 80 minutes to the west coast near Jerez. Jerez hosts several brandy and sherry "Bodegas" where tours are most interesting providing samples along the way!. El puerto de Santa Maria is also historic in its origin and European connections and past as well as hosting a bullring and also several other Bodegas.
Special interest holidays
This is an ideal retreat for either the family, romantic or specialised themes such as yoga, writing or painting.
On a business level there are plenty of brainstorming areas throughout the property which lend themselves for quiet contemplation or team building.
Travel
Malaga Airport is approximately 90 minutes drive. Jerez is less driving, both have stunning views along the way.

Ronda has good shopping within the town and also supermarkets around its perimeter road. the supermarkets are easy to find and have ample parking and lots of selection of local produce such as wine, bread and fresh produce;once inside.

About the owner
We rented El Noque in the summer of 2009 and had a wonderful two weeks. The owners decided to sell the villa and having fallen in love with the villa and the area we bought it. We intend to visit as often as possible with our son, his wife and our 2 grand daughters.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
The villa has a wonderful feel about it with lovely views to the hills. There are lovely shaded areas just to sit and read, paint or relax. Ronda is only a few minutes drive with its array of shops and restaurants, bull ring and historical attractions. A bit further a field are the bright lights of Marbella and the Costa del Sol. A perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy the area.

A luxurious villa, with a wonderful house keeper who is only too happy to help with planning or can organise meals and trips out. Spacious gardens and a lovely pool area, with outdoor kitchen. Very exclusive and private. You won't want to leave!
