Kitchen: Open plan American style kitchen with breakfast bar, ceramic hob, oven and grill, family sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle etc.
Utility Room: Washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes airer, 2 extra pedestal fans.
Living Rooms: Large settee (also double bed), dining table and 4 chairs, Satellite 32" LCD TV, DVD player, Micro hi fi inc. CD/radio (also has input for Ipod/Mp3 USB cable). Patio doors open onto terrace which overlooks the pool with stunning views to the mountains.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The property is cleaned weekly and towels and linen are included (also changed weekly). Beach towels are not provided.

 

Notes on accommodation
The property is suitable for both children and the elderly. There are no steps to this ground floor property, the terrace is safe and enclosed from the pool area.

Outside
The large terrace overlooks the communal swimming pool which has a separate children's section. The outdoor furniture consists of a table, 4 chairs, umbrella and stand, 2 luxury sun loungers. The terrace has an uncovered area on one side for sun worshippers.

Coast/Beach
There are blue flag beaches at both resorts of Denia (5km drive) and Javea (7km drive). The beach at 'Les Marines' (5 min drive) is a beautiful clean beach with restaurants, beach bars and a few shops. Well worth a visit.

Golf
The apartment is 100 metres from the 6th tee of La Sella Championship Golf Course (designed by Jose Maria Olazabel). The main entrance to the golf is only a 4 minute drive from the apartment. Buggies are available and there is a golf driving range next to the clubhouse. The Denia Marriott Hotel at La Sella also offers gym and spa facilities.

Travel
Both Alicante and valencia airports are 1 hours drive from the apartment (approx. 90km).

Distances
The nearest village (la Xara) is 1.5km away, although within walking distance there is a supermarket, restaurants and bar.

Further details
The horse riding at la Sella is a 2 min drive from the apartment, as is the local tennis club where coaching is available.

Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of £150 is required at time of booking. If booking is less than 8 weeks away then the full amount is required. On booking an e-mail will be sent with terms and conditions, booking form and directions. Please return completed booking form by email. A refundable deposit of £150 is returned (usually take 7-10 days) on checking property and return of keys.
