Private parking garage on ground floor, can then take lift directly to 4th floor and the apartment. No smoking inside apartment and no pets allowed. Air-conditioning should be used with windows closed. For any issues English speaking property management available, living nearby.

Outside
Lovely Mediterranean gardens surround the property, access to 3 separate swimming pools, with largest closest nearby (simply walk from ground floor lift lobby without leaving building). Use of Jacuzzis at poolside, children's pool also next to main pool, life guards on duty every day.
Coast/Beach
Excellent beaches only a few minutes drive away (or 10-15 mins walking), including beaches of Cabopino, Hacienda Beach, Elviria, Los Monteros, Nikki Beach (nr Don Carlos hotel).
Golf
The apartment is in the heart of the Costa del Golf - just three of the courses nearby: Santa Maria Golf Course and Country Club (Par 70 5586m) - Santa Maria is considered one of the best courses on the coast, and each hole has its own character. Beautiful fairways follow the natural contours of the river bed and offer a challenging round of golf. Cabopino Golf Course (Par 71 5417m): 10 min walk from the apartment - a very scenic, hilly golf course with lots of the areas original pines. One of the shorter courses on the coast but is still a challenge. Santa Clara Golf Course (Par 71 5940m): Set in a 360 acre estate and is in perfect condition for such a new course. It is fairly flat and is noted for its long Par 3's.
Travel
Malaga Airport (30 mins away) or Gibraltar Airport (1 hour away). Car hire is highly recommended for mobility and to make the most of your visit and the nearby attractions. Nearest airport (Malaga) approx 35 mins away. There is a bus stop at the bottom of the road with frequent buses up and down this coast. Hassle-free car hire can be arranged through a trusty contact who will have a car ready at Malaga Airport upon arrival. Car hire usually at 30 euros per day.

Further details
Elviria and Cabopino are nearby. Many great local restaurants and bars nearby, including steakhouses and traditional Spanish and Italian food. Great restaurant selection (incl Chinese and Spanish), as you enter La Reserva complex. Both Elviria and Cabopino have super Spanish (traditional and variety of seafood and tapas restaurants), Italian, Indian and Chinese restaurants, as well as bars and sports cafes. Local supermarkets a few mins drive away (SuperSol, OpenCor) A new minimart has also opened just 5 mins walk from the apartment. ATM as you enter the complex.

When reserving rentals less than 6 weeks away, 100% of rental fee payable upon reservation. Refundable security deposit also required.
