Mojacar has seven kilometers of beaches awarded 3 European Blue Flags, and enjoys 320 days of sunshine a year. The complex is built around a split-level pool with a waterfall and a separate paddling pool, surrounded by lawns and palm trees. It is situated across the road from the mile-long beach-front promenade with parallel jogging/cycling track, making it ideal for sunset strolls or more active pursuits. The apartment itself is comfortable and spacious, with a large terrace leading onto the garden and pool area. It has rustic, solid pine furnishings throughout and is light and airy.

Coast/Beach
Mojacar nestles in a bay and is set against the backdrop of the rugged Sierra Cabrera mountains. It is one of the few areas on the Spanish coast where the sea isn’t hidden behind high-rise hotels and you can still find solitary beaches and fantasy landscapes. The main beach area of Mojacar boasts typical lounging and swimming opportunities, good snorkeling and other beach and water activities, children’s play areas, bars, restaurants and shops - all within a minute’s walk of the apartment.

Mojacar is just 50 minutes' drive from Almeria airport and just over 2 hour's drive from the airports of either Alicante, Granada or Murcia (San Javier). EasyJet, Ryan Air and Monarch all serve these airports from Luton and Stansted.

A short trip along the coast brings you to the mountain coastline of the Cabo de Gata national park, offering unspoiled beauty and secluded beaches and coves.
