Kitchen: The large kitchen is in a wood finish with ample storage space and has fridge-freezer, electric oven and hob with overhead extractor fan, washing-machine and dishwasher.
Living Rooms: The bright spacious lounge has TV with English channels and leads onto a large terrace with pergola overlooking waterfall and communal pool and is equipped with patio table and chairs for 6 persons, sunbeds and sun umbrella.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Cleaning is carried out prior to arrival and following departure. Linen and a limited supply of towels are included for each full week of occupation. No cleaning is carried out throughout the duration of the holiday when guests are in-situ.

Coast/Beach
The house has sea views and is within less tha a 5 minute walk to Calahonda beach. The picturesque port of Cabopino with its yachts and restaurants is 5 mins by bus or car. There is another lovely beach and a park with childrens play area at the old fishing port of La Cala. This is also only 5 mins by bus or car.

Golf
La Siesta 9 hole golf course is only a 2 min drive up the hill in Calahonda. There are many other golf courses in the area such as :- Cabopino, Mijas, Miraflores, Calanova, La Cala.

Skiing
A 2-3 hour drive to the Sierra Nevada mountain range near Granada.

Travel
Malaga airport 35 mins by car/taxi.
Jerez airport 1.5 hours by car.
Granada airport 2 hours by car.
Car-hire is not necessary.

Distances
The complex of Los Jarales is only minutes walk to all the amenities in Calahonda. There are several travel agents where you can also book trips to Gibraltar, Seville, Granada, Jerez and Algeciras.
There is a nearby taxi rank and other places worth visiting are Mijas village and Puerto Banus.
Regular bus services take you to Fuengirola and Marbella.

Further details
The Costa del Sol is also known as the 'Costa del Golf' and there are many, many golf courses within less than a 30 minute radius. There are 3 principal commercial centres in Calahonda- El Zoco, Los Cipreses and El Olivo (each centre has their own supermarkets, banks, bars and restaurants). There is a tennis club at Club del Sol in Calahonda. Watersports in Cabopino. Childrens park with swings etc. Nearby at the resort of La Cala. Multi-denominational church in Calahonda. Park and garden centre at Los Cipreses.

Deposit of 20% to secure booking if more than 6 weeks to date of departure. If 6 weeks or less, then payment is in full together with a damage bond (refundable) of £150. Credit card payments are not accepted. Discount to families of up to 4 persons only using 2 bedrooms.
