The accommodation is immaculately presented and maintained over 2 floors, and is presented with high quality furnishings. The fabrics and furnishings, used throughout, are of a high standard and colour co-ordinated. High quality ceramic tiles and varnished natural pinewoods give the property a warm, modern Spanish feel. The accommodation comprises of a fully-equipped kitchen (gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee machine etc), open plan dining area, a comfortable, brightly furnished lounge with telephone (direct dial telephone service), cable television with 16 channels of which 3 are English (CNN, BBC World & Eurosport). A good-sized south-facing sun terrace, with table and chairs, is accessed via patio doors leading off from the lounge. There are excellent views across Calpe from the master bedroom's private sun terrace.

Living Rooms: Open plan lounge - dining room with sofa and additional chairs, dining table and chairs and television / DVD equipment.
Other: Upstairs, there is a double bedroom, a twin-bed room and large bathroom containing bath, shower and bidet. Downstairs offers the third bedroom facility. There is also a utility cupboard which houses an ironing board, broom and other domestic necessities.

Further facilities include money exchange, direct dial telephone service, internet, medical assistance, landscaped open-air swimming pool complex with water slide and childrens pool, sun loungers, tropical gardens, table tennis, pool table, car hire, booking of excursions and free mini bus service to/from the beach and town. There is also a sauna, gym and indoor pool at the nearby Hotel Esmeralda.

Coast/Beach
3 kilometres from the complex stands the town of Calpe with its two exceptional, blue flag beaches. Both of these are sandy and safe for children. The larger of the two is a huge sandy bay and includes many restaurants and bars along with climbing apparatus for the more adventurous child !

Golf
There is a golf course within a 20 minute drive in the nearby town of Altea.

Travel
Alicante airport is approximately 45 mins drive.
Valencia airport is approximately 75 mins drive.

Further details
The complex provides a daily (except Sundays) free minibus (9 seater) service, for most of the year, which operates to and from the Hotel Esmerelda (nearby breach), port area, Calpe town and to the beaches every hour (10:00 to 13:30, 17:00 to 20:15). It is advisable to book the day before to guarantee a seat. A hire car is therefore not essential but nevertheless recommended. Trains run from Calpe station south along the coast to Alicante via Benidorm and north towards Denia and Valencia.
The resort is easily accessible from the A7 Motorway. It is situated approximately midway between Alicante (50 minutes) and Valencia airports (70 minutes).
A ferry service operates from the nearby port of Denia to the island of Ibiza. The activities in Calpe and surrounding areas include golf, rock climbing, walking, cycling, scuba diving, water sports facilities, tennis and horse riding. There are many local attractions, including the new Terra Mitica adventure theme park which is just 20 minutes drive a way, the Aqualandia water park and Mundomar sealife parks near Benidorm, safari parks, local markets, shopping centres, bars, clubs and a huge cosmopolitan range of high quality restaurants. Basically there is plenty to enable you to enjoy your holiday.

50% deposit will be required at time of booking with the balance being paid 2 weeks before departure or direct to my agent whilst in situ.
