Kitchen: Bosch appliances including cooker/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and all knives/forks and cooking utensils.
Utility Room: Outside open drying area has a drying line.
Living Rooms: Glass topped dining table and 4 chairs, TV (Sky), video. Music centre, with some tapes, discs. 2 sofas, easy chair and large coffee table.
Other: On the top terrace there are 2 sun beds, large table and 6 chairs, parasol. BBQ (Weber) and BBQ equipment.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
There is a maid cleaning service on the development, who services the apartment once a week, for your arrival, after the 1st week and on departure. All towels and bedding are included in the rental price. Beach/swimming pool towels are also provided.

Coast/Beach
Puerto Banus Marina/Shops and beach are a 15 minute walk. To drive approx 3 minutes. Numerous other beaches are available between Puerto Banus and Marbella and Puerto Banus to San Pedro De Alcantara.

Golf
Several world class golf courses are within a 2 mile radius of the location.

Travel
Malaga Airport is 45 minutes driving distance. Several Hire car companies operate from the airport. It is recommended that a small car is hired for local visits, although there are taxi services available. A telephone contact can be supplied if required, to an English speaking taxi service who operates an airport to apartment service, at very competetive rates.

Distances
1km to Puerto Banus. 4km to Marbella. Granada approx 80km. Ronda approx 70km. Sierra Nevada Ski slopes, operate from November to April and are approximately 90km (Close to Granada). Gibraltar is approx 80km.

Further details
There are a wide range of fashion shops/boutiques and markets within a 1km radius. There are also several good sized supermarkets and banks within minutes of the apartment. Puerto Banus, which can be compared to St. Tropez (France) Has a vibrant atmosphere, with a range of top name shops, restaurants and night clubs, while at the moorings, multi-million pound yachts are to be seen. The beaches, both adjacent to the port and along the "Golden Mile" into Marbella, are easily accessible. Most of these have beach side catering facilities. In Marbella itself, there is again, a wide range of restaurants and shops and banks,to match every requirement,taste and budget, which together with the famous "Plaza Los Naranjos" (Orange Square) makes a visit really worthwhile.

Closer to home, the area known as the Nueva Andalucia Bull Ring, has a very popular market every Saturday morning. In addition, there are some very pleasant snack bars and restaurants in this area, together with some small shops, a bank and a supermarket.

Booking notes
Deposit (non returnable) of 10% to be sent on confirmation of booking (UK cheque). On arrival, the balance is to be paid to our site agent. This has to be paid in euros (Cash). A 200 euro deposit also has to be paid against possible breakages/damages,which will be refunded by cheque either in euros or sterling within 1 week of departure, following an inspection of the property and report to us by our agent.
