Notes on accommodation
This property is currently only partially furnished as it has been a long term rental property. For longer lets, in our experience, many people prefer to bring their own bed, TV, DVD, bedding, towels, cutlery, plates etc. However do not hesitate to contact us if you are interested in a 2 week let and we can easily organise the house for you. The accommodation is in very good condition throughout as it has been recently renovated with new plumbing, electrics etc. Ideally located in the heart of the village walking distance to all amenities. Local swimming pool is open from 15 June to 15 September each year. The lakes are only 30 mins drive away where you can swim, hire pedlows or canoes and enjoy a picnik or dine in the nearby restaurants. Here in Casarabonela, one of the most beautiful villages in Andalucia, you will enjoy a taste of the 'Real Spain'.

This property is not suitable for people with mobility problems.
Outside
There is a fabulous roof top terrace, perfect for dining alfresco, with incredible views of the sea and the valley in the distance. A real sun trap for sun worshipers. The bedrooms are on the floor below making them slightly cooler on those hot summer nights and for the afternoon siestas.

Distance to Torremolinos: 40 mins.
Distance to Benalmadena: 45 mins.
Distance to Fuengirola: 55 mins.
Distance to Marbella or Puerto Banus: 50 mins.
Golf
The nearest golf courses are: Lauro Golf and Alhaurin Golf. -Approx 40-45 mins drive away. Marbella is only 50 mins with a huge selection of golf courses all along the main A7. However there are future plans for golf courses in Casarabonela.

Travel
Malaga Airport is 35 mins away. A car is definitely recommended. Parking available for 2 small/average sized cars in the garage.

The village of Casarabonela has: A beautiful swimming pool and restaurant, 4 other restaurants, approx 10 bars, 4 bakeries, 4 butchers, 2 banks, chemist, emergency weekend English speaking doctor. 3 supermarkets, tobacconist, post office, gift shops, ironmongers, 2 wet fish shops, English bar/restaurant. Gymnasium. Fantastic fiestas and traditions, and most of all, the breath taking views.
