A lovely two bedroomed apartment in Cabo Roig close to all amenities and just a few minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is situated on the ground floor, is wheelchair friendly and convenient for families with children. The Cabo Roig "strip" is 100 metres on the other side of the road with a host of cafe's, bars, restaurants and enough entertainment to keep everybody happy! The resorts Blue Flag sandy beaches are the most popular on the Costa Blanca. The cliff top walkway which is just behind the apartment connects the various bays and beaches along the coast and is a very pleasant walk in the evenings. There is plenty to see and do including windsurfing, sailing, watersking, fishing and diving. Torrevieja is nearby (10 mins by car) which is famous for it's salt lakes and is home to a variety of wildlife including flamingoes so bring your binoculars! Cabo Roig also has easy access to some of the best golf courses on the Costa Blanca which are all less than 15 mins away.

Changeover day

Accessibility
The apartment is situated on the ground floor and is such suitable for wheelchair users and families with young children. There is also a lift to the solarium and BBQ area. The amenities are easily accessible (including the pool) as the surrounding area is very flat.
Outside
The apartment is just a few minutes away from beach with great views from the cliff top walk and a few minutes from the Cabo Roig "strip". The solarium on the top of the building offers fantastic views of the coast and also houses a BBQ area. The communal pool is for the use of residents and guests only.
Coast/Beach
Spoilt for choice! The white sandy beaches of Playa de la Glea is a 5 minutes walk; Cala Caleta, Playa Cabo Roig and Playa Capitan are a 5 minute drive from the apartment.
Golf
Thee golf courses within 10/15 minutes drive. Las Ramblas, Hotel Real Golf Campoamor and Villamartin.
Travel
The apartment is 20 minutes from Murcia (San Javier) airport and 40 minutes from Alicante. Airport transfers can be arranged, payable locally.
Distances
There are many towns and places to visit close by. The closest major town in Torrevieja which is 10 minutes by car and offers a bustling marina, great beaches, shopping and a variety of bars and restaurants. The historic towns of Orihuela, Alicante, Cartagena and Elche area also within an hours drive.

Booking notes
10% deposit on booking (non refundable) balance 8 weeks before departure. If your booking is less than 8 weeks before departure full payment is required. £100 security deposit required for breakages. This will be returned within 14 days after completion.
