The house was built about 130 years ago and is large, cool and comfortable. Only minutes from the bread, fish and vegetable market, it is extremely convenient if one is staying in the town and well located for exploring rural Andalucia. There is a large and efficient wood burning stove with a mini oven for baked potatoes, etc. Pruna is a mountain town and in the winter and spring it does get chilly in the evenings.

| Kitchen: | Newly fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, gas container for hot water. |
| Living Rooms: | Spacious living/dining room fitted with a 2 seater sofa and easy chair and pine dining table. Television, DVD, radio and CD player. Wood burning stove. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are available. The property is cleaned before arrival. For stays of longer than one week, cleaning can be arranged by negotiation. |

Olvera, white village with historic castle and church 5 minutes by car.
Ronda is 45 minutes drive.
Seville 1 hour away.

The house is very conveniently situated in a wide street just off the centre of the town. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are all within a two minute stroll.
