The villa has a spacious living area with high vaulted ceilings, it combines traditional Spanish style architecture with contemporary furnishings for a truly luxurious experience. The villa benefits from its own large private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace overlooking the golf course with views as far as the La Manga Strip and Mar Menor. Outside the property there are 2 integral BBQ's, large furnished conservatory area, 2 dining areas, Table Tennis table, large swimming pool and a double carport. There are 3 double bedrooms (can all be set as twin or triple bedrooms), 2 bathrooms, one of which is a large en-suite with dressing room and a large 48sqm living/dining area. El Valle is Polaris World's most exclusive resort, with it's signature Golf Course, there is a fantastic clubhouse comprising; Spike Bar, Irish Bar, Restaurant and supermarket. The villa is 20 minutes drive from the fabulous beaches of the Mar Menor.

Living/Dining Area-Two sofas (1 sofa bed), tub chair, coffee table and rug, 42" Flat Screen TV, Digital TV including all SKY Sports/UK channels, Playstation 3, DVD Player(variety of DVDs), Full wireless internet access with Laptop and Printer, Radio, CD Player (variety of CDs), Ipod base station. Table with seating for 8. Booster dining table seats are available. Master Bedroom-has a Super King size bed that can be set up as twin beds. It has an en-suite and walk-in wardrobe and doors that open onto the pool area. Bedroom 2/3-these bedrooms have a double bed that can also be made into twin beds. Each bedroom has an extra pull-out bed. Bathrooms-there are 3. 1st is an ensuite with whirlpool bath, toilet, bidet + twin sinks. 2nd has shower, toilet, sink + bidet. 3rd has toilet + sink. |

Notes on accommodation
The villas are fully air-conditioned and have central heating.
There is also a laptop with wireless internet provided along with a printer.
Linen towels and beach towels are provided. In order that your stay is as private and uninterrupted as possible, cleaning (which is included in the price - beware not all are) will only be carried out upon your departure. The pool will be cleaned on a weekly basis. However the contact number of our maintenance company is provided in the welcome pack should you need any assistance.
Views - The rear of the property overlooks the 12th hole (par 3) and the fantastic tranquil view of the neighbouring mountain range.
Golf clubs - For those irregular/fair-weather golfers or those wishing to just experience the El Valle course without the cost of taking out their own set of clubs, we have provided 5 adult sets and 1 junior set(varying standard) for use during your stay.
There is also a full size Table Tennis table.
Accessibility
The villas are suitable for families with children and elderly people, however there isn't wheelchair access or facilities.
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Although predominantly a non-smoking property, guests who smoke are asked to refrain from smoking inside the villa and conservatory area - we hope you respect our request.

Outside
There is a large conservatory area with a luxury comfortable sofa to seat 8; a dining table for 8 with a built-in barbeque.
There is also a full size mobile Table Tennis table.
There is a pergola area with patio dining table and 2nd barbeque. An impressive large private swimming pool with pool loungers. Pool toys and some lilos are provided.
Garden area & parking area in the front for 4 cars.
Coast/Beach
The Murcia region is an unspoilt area in the south east of Spain with 250km of beaches along the shores of 2 seas: the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor.
Mar Menor (small sea) - just 15 minutes from the resort, the Mar Menor is a huge (135 sq km) salt-water lagoon, separated from the Mediterranean by the 24 km long La Manga strip. The Mar Menor's salinity provides buoyancy so it is, supposedly, one of the safest places to swim in the world.

For your convenience we can arrange catering; full English cooked on the premises, BBQ's or even a pot of Chilli. We can arrange trips on a yacht, quad biking or spa treatments. You can have your own golf pro for the weekend or just a lesson. Make the weekend bespoke to your needs.
As we have 2 villas next door to each other, we can accommodate up to 16 golfers in your party.
Travel
The resort is located in the region of Murcia which is 20Km from San Javier/Murcia airport. It is a 15 min drive from San Javier and 45 mins from Alicante airports along the C3319.
Distances
The resort is only 20 minutes from the region's capital Murcia and going East it's only a short 15 minute drive to the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor and La Manga strip.
Shopping -The cities of Murcia & Cartegena both boast excellent shopping facilities. At San Javier just 20 minutes drive away is Dos Mares shopping mall, which includes 10 pin bowling, cinema and an extensive food hall.
Water & Animal Park-15 mins drive from the resort.

The Mar Menor's is renowned for it’s high water temperatures which are retained well in to the autumn months. The mineral-rich waters are said to have therapeutic effects and because of this, the area has a significant spa tourism industry. Take in the beautiful views of the Mar Menor from the extensive level promenades that run along side the beaches from San Pedro del Pintar to Santiago del la Ribera and are perfect for cycling or a relaxing walk (with pushchairs) and stop off at one of the many beach side cafes or bars.
Soft sandy beaches with numerous children’s play areas on the sand, coupled with the calm waters of the Mar Menor make it ideal both for children and for the extensive water sports that are on offer here. These include Jet skiing, wind surfing, sailing, fishing, snorkelling, and scuba diving.
The cities of Murcia & Cartegena both boast excellent shopping facilities.
At San Javier just 20 minutes drive away is Dos Mares shopping mall, which includes 10 pin bowling, cinema and an extensive food hall.
Towards Murcia, 20 minutes in the other direction is Nueva Condomina. This recently opened shopping mall with some 200 shops, including many UK high street chains that you will be familiar with. This complex also provides a huge range of restaurants, 10 pin bowling and 6 screen cinema.
The New Water park (Terra Aqua Murcia) and Animal park (Terra Natura Murcia) provide a wonderful family day out, with something for all ages just 15 minutes from the resort - in fact on the way to Nueva Condiminia and the new football stadium see below.
Football fans...look up Real Murcia. They have a new purpose built stadium just to the north of the city next door to Nueva Condominia.
Enjoy exploring this area known as the garden of Spain with it’s outstanding natural beauty. There are many national parks.
