The property has three bedrooms (two with en-suite bathrooms, and an additional house bathroom), cosy lounge, dining room, and fully fitted kitchen. The property, which has recently been rennovated to retain many of its original features, provides very comfortable accommodation oozing with charm and character. Outside is a private swimming pool with ample terraces, sunbeds, patio furniture, and a pergola which provides a shaded outdoor dining area.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Usual arrival time is 4pm and departure is 10am to allow time to prepare the accommodation for incoming guests, but flexibility may be possible.

Private Swimming Pool 10 x 3 metres with terraces and patio areas. Patio tables with parasols, chairs, and sunbeds with cushions. BBQ. Pergola to provide shade and an ideal situation for outdoor dining. Car parking. The patio is completely enclosed and accessed through double doors, and the swimming pool is fenced to make it safe for children.
Golf
A golf course in Antequera is 45 mins away. Granada Golf and Costa courses 1 hour away.
Skiing
Skiing in Sierra Nevada is 1 hours drive away.
Travel
The nearest airports are Malaga (1 hour) and Granada (45 mins). Car hire is advised to make the most of your stay.

Granada and the Alhambra - 1 hour.
Cordoba and the Mezquita - 1.5 hours.
Sevilla - under 2 hours.
Malaga - under an hour.
Costa del Sol - 1 hour.
Ronda - 2 hours.
Local village of has a bar just a few minutes stroll away.
Iznajar, a pretty white village, has a clifftop position high above the Lake of Andalucia, with a medieval church, Moorish castle, bars, banks, shops etc. A 10 minute drive away.
Further details
The area is ideal for walkers with plenty of local walks to suit all abilities, including the El Torcal and Subbetica National Parks. Other activities include: bird-watching, cycling, fishing.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit of the total cost is required upon booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to the let. A security deposit of 100 euros is required upon arrival. This will be refunded (provided no breakages or damage) at check-out.
