This luxury detached 3 double bedroom and 2 bathroom villa is set on the most exclusive Polaris World Golf Resort `El Valle`. Set in a peaceful street about a 10 minute walk from the Clubhouse. The accommodation is all on one level therefore providing easy access. It has a large South facing terrace area with a heated private pool. The terrace has privacy screening with plenty of covered and open areas including a built in BBQ area.

Golf
Situated on Polaris Worlds most exclusive Resort is the El Valle Desert Links golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus.
The El Valle course is arguably the finest desert links course in Europe. It is a superb 18 hole Par 71 course with water hazards and strategically placed bunkers, a joy to play for both experts and beginners alike.
The new Clubhouse has opened its doors in June 2008 which is just stunning with fantastic views over the golf course. It houses the golf spike bar, Grill Restaurant, Supermarket, Clover (Irish) Bar, as well as the golf shop and reception area.
You are also entitled to play on the other Polaris World Golf Resorts which currently include La Torre (5 mins away), Mar Menor (15 mins), Hacienda Riquelme (15 mins) all Jack Nicklaus designed.
We can now offer the use of 2 FULL SETS OF GOLF CLUBS located at the villa (small charge applies, please request further information).
This will save you the hastle and cost of bringing golf clubs.
Special interest holidays
Places of interest include Murcia (Capital) Restaurants, shops and culture. Cartegena (Culture and port). Mar Menor (beaches, promenades). La Manga/La Manga strip. There is also a water park and Animal Park (15 min drive).
Travel
Airports: Murcia (San Javier) 15 mins by car Alicante 45 mins by car. Car recommended however not essential (ask for further details on car hire etc.

Booking notes
Reservation Fee of 25% is payable immediately to secure your booking. Balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival. A damage deposit of £250 is also due 6 weeks in advance. Long term rentals are available at a negotiable rate.
