The apartment is located within a short drive from the beach and the beautiful harbour of Aguadulce and Roquetas de Mar. It is fully air-conditioned (hot and cold) and has an open plan lounge dining room and kitchen and 1 bedroom and a bathroom. The lounge/dining room comprises a large settee/sofa bed and pull out bed, a dining table and chairs and some storage. Double doors lead out onto the balcony which enjoys distant sea views and overlooks the La Envia Golf Resort. The apartment was recently completed and has been tastefully furnished and equipped to a high standard, with TV, DVD player, SKY TV and washing machine. The apartment is situated on the 1st floor and there is a lift for easy access. There is ample on street parking. The apartment is in an ideal location, only 20 minutes from Almeria airport, close to beautiful unspoilt beaches, superb golf courses. For ski or mountain biking holidays the breathtaking region of Sierra Nevada is only 1 hour 30 minutes journey.

Bedlinen for use in the apartment is provided. The apartment will be cleaned prior to arrival and after departure. There is no maid service provided during a stay. |

Accessibility

The private spacious balcony from the living area has table and chairs for enjoying outdoor living and taking in the views over the Golf Course.
Coast/Beach
Roquetas de Mar boasts wide sandy beaches with facilities including toilets, some showers and on street parking. The beaches are all about 10 minutes drive from the apartment. San Jose beach is a great family beach and is only a 30 - 40 minute car journey. Well worth the visit.
Golf
La Envia Golf Resort is centred around the golf course and 5* Envia Wellness Hotel. The La Envia golf course is an undulating 18 hole, par 70 golf course of 5775 metres with manicured fairways, tees and greens. The clubhouse restaurant is available for golfers and non golfers alike and offers a large selection of food and wines. There is a large terrace with stunning views over the golf course, surrounded by mountains and the sea beyond. To cool off after a challenging round, the golf resort also offers an outdoor pool for you to enjoy.
Skiing
The apartment is a 1hour 30 minute journey to Sierra Nevada Ski resort which offers skiing between November and March. Many people use Roquestas de Mar as a base in the winter months to enjoy skiing or mountain biking in Sierra Nevada.
Special interest holidays
Mountain biking is very popular withing the Sierra Nevada region with organised routes available if required. "Ride Sierra Nevada" is well worth considering.
There are plenty of watersports available in the area.
Travel
Roquetas de Mar is approximately 20 minutes by car from Almeria airport which flies in daily from the UK - Birmingham, Manchester and Luton (flymonarch), Leeds/Bradford & Newcastle (Jet2) and Stansted & London Gatwick (Easyjet).
Malaga airport is approximately 2-2 and a half hours car journey from Roquetas.
Car hire is essential in this region to allow you to explore its full potential. Car hire can be arranged if necessary.
Distances

Roquetas de Mar has a large range of shops and restaurants, Go-Karting, Water Park and Aquarium for you to enjoy. There are plenty of supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and other essential amenities within a 10 minute drive.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is to be paid 30 days prior to the holiday. A £100 damage deposit is required with each booking which is refunded at the end of the holiday if there is no damage.
Short stays (3 days and over) are available on request. Changeover times are flexible according to availability and by prior arrangements. Off season long lets are available at a discounted rate. Local management company will meet clients with the keys.
