This luxurious villa is located in a quiet cul–de-sac on the hillside of the sought after urbanisation Monte de los Almendros. The Villa has unobstructed views from the pool area and terraces, over the clear blue Mediterranean sea where on a regular basis dolphins can be seen playing. The villa is not overlooked and has its own private 10m x 5m newly completed swimming pool.

Accessibility
Our Villa is suitable for wheelchair users as all the living area, one bedroom, a bathroom and the balcony are all on one level. There is a slope to go round to the pool area and main terraces. From this terrace there is access to the lower floor where the other bedrooms and bathrooms are located thereby avoiding the main staircase in the Villa.
Outside
Private 10m x 5m swimming pool. Large patios, outside lighting. Outdoor patio table and chairs and sun parasol.
Coast/Beach
The beaches of Salobrena are about 10 minutes drive away from the villa. Almunecar beaches about 15 minutes drive.
Golf
Motril golf course is about 5 kilometres away.
Skiing
Skiing in the Sierra Nevada resorts are about 1 hour drive by car.
Travel
Almeria, Malaga and Granada airport are all about 1 hour drive from Salobrena.
Distances
Less than 10 minutes drive to Salobrena village. Almunecar 15 minutes.
Booking notes
We require 30% of the rental fee when booking the villa. The balance to be paid 4 weeks before the rental commences. A security deposit of 200 euros is taken to cover damage and returned on inspection of the property.
Guest comments
I have stayed at the Villa more than once and enjoy coming back more each time (especially as it now has its own pool). A truly relaxing break sitting on the terrace enjoying the views. It cannot be beaten, I will be back.
