This is a fantastic newly built apartment and suitable for both couples and parents with children. The apartment complex is beautifully maintained with stunning views of the Mediterranean and ideal for either a beach or golfing holiday/break. The apartment has air conditioning for the summer. The lounge includes a flatscreen TV and a DVD player in case you decide to have a quiet night in. No pets allowed.

Accessibility
The complex has ramps and lift access from the ground floor. Cars may be driven to the rear of the complex for access (stairs) to the apartment.
Outside
The complex boasts both an adults and children's communal outdoor pools. The communal heated indoor pool area also includes a Jacuzzi and changing rooms. The apartment patio area includes a garden table and four (4) reclining chairs.
Coast/Beach
Mojacar Playa is a 10 minute walk from the apartment with the beaches of Garrucha only a 10 minute car journey away.
Golf
The apartment overlooks the Marina de la Torre 18-hole Par 72 golf course and is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Valle del Este golf course is a 10 minute drive away with Desert Springs Golf Course approx. 20 minutes away, near the town of Vera.
Travel
Almeria Aiport 45 mins/50km. Murcia Airport 1 hour 15 mins.
Alicante Airport 2 hours. Airlines to Almeria airport: Ryanair, Easyjet, BMI Baby, Monarch, Thomas Cook. Although there are bus services between Almeria/Murcia/Alicante airports, hire of a car is highly recommended to allow you to take full advantage of Mojacar Playa/Mojacar Pueblo and surrounding areas. A regular bus service runs along the Playa and currently cost 1 euros single from one end to the other.

Mojacar town centre is approx. 3 km from the apartment with Garrucha a similar distance.

The local mini-mart is 5 mins from the apartment with larger supermarkets and banks approx 10 - 15 mins away.
