This is a self contained apartment within a private villa. Property is located in a very quiet area of Calpe but within a short drive of the beautiful blue flag beaches and numerous bars, shops and restaurants. There are wonderful views of the Sierra Bernia Mountains. The villa was built in 2004 in a plot of over 2000 square metres. The downstairs apartment has its own gardens. There is a good range of golf courses between 1 -1.5 hours drive of the apartment. The accommodation is suitable for children. The town of Calpe is about 7 minutes drive, the old artistic town of Altea is approx 15 mins drive and the Jalon valley (famous for its wine and almond blossom) is only about 20 mins drive.

Changeover day
June to September inclusive changeover days are Saturday or Sunday, out of season change over days can be flexible. Arrival after 2pm, please vacate by 10am on day of departure.

Accessibility
The access to the apartment will not be suitable for anyone with serious mobility problems. Regrettably it may not be suitable for anyone who is disabled.
Outside
There is a private pool (8 x 4m) with sun loungers. The apartment has its own garden areas with many shrubs.
Coast/Beach
The blue flag beaches and many bars and restaurants are only a 7 minute drive away, and the small cove of Les Bassettes is a 10 min drive, where they offer wind surfing, kayaking, sailing and scuba diving (instruction can be given for the more inexperienced sailors).
Golf
There are a good range of golf courses within 1 hour drive of the apartment.
Travel
Alicante Airport is a 1hr drive and Valencia Airport a 90 min drive from the villa. Car hire is essential to see the many attractions in the Costa Blanca and you can arrange to pick up and drop the car at either of the airports.
Distances
The town of Calpe is about 7 minutes drive, the old artistic town of Altea is approx 15 mins drive and the Jalon valley (famous for its wine and almond blossom) is only about 20 mins drive.
Further details
There are plenty of banks, supermarkets restaurants etc in Calpe itself.
Booking notes
Payments can be made in pounds or euros. A deposit of £100 (125 euros) is required, with the balance to be paid 21 days prior to your holiday. If a reservation is made within 21 days of the desired dates payment will be required in full.
