This house is set on steep, Quint Mar slopes and whilst there is a lift to all floors, there are 2 mezzanine levels that are not flat easy access. Terramar golf course is 3 miles distant and can been seen from the house. Other courses are nearby. There is a large deck with a seating area under the pergola, the hot tub, pool and spa are all accessed from the lower floor. The remaining garden is heavily planted with Olive trees, palms and cover. Sitges is alive with all of the arts and cultural activities. Barcelona Airport is 20 minutes distant by car and rail. A car is suggested as Quint Mar is behind Sitges up a very steep hill. Taxis are available readily, however, from Sitges Station and the links to the airport are frequent.
