The location is very quiet with easy access from AP-7 motorway. There are several supermarkets that are easily accessible, as well as the shopping centre "Dos Mares". 15 mins from Murcia-San Javier Airport and 55 mins from Alicante Airport. The villa is on a 1 ha lot (Orange trees). It is equipped for permanent occupancy as owners spend winter there. There are 3 closed garages, a large garden area around the house and a very nice swimming pool (8m x 4m) surrounded by a large terrace which is closed (for children security). The pool is cleaned by a contractor. Next to the pool is a BBQ and an external shower. There is a contact person available locally for any problem or any service you might need during your stay.
