Ideally positioned on a hill with a view of the sea and country. 7km from the sea with easy access to both Mediterranean Sea beaches and Mar Menor beaches. The location is very quiet with easy access from AP-7 motorway. There are several supermarkets that are easily accessible, as well as the shopping centre "Dos Mares". 15 mins from Murcia-San Javier Airport and 55 mins from Alicante Airport. The villa is on a 1 ha lot (Orange trees). It is equipped for permanent occupancy as owners spend winter there. There are 3 closed garages, a large garden area around the house and a very nice swimming pool (8m x 4m) surrounded by a large terrace which is closed (for children security). The pool is cleaned by a contractor. Next to the pool is a BBQ and an external shower. There is a contact person available locally for any problem or any service you might need during your stay.

Cleaning is done by the contact person at the end of the stay. If additional cleaning is needed during the stay, it is to be arranged on site. Cost for additional cleaning is 100 €. Towels and linen are available at 10 €/person for the entire stay.
