If golf is your thing, we have it in abundance here being on the Jack Nicklaus golf trail. If not, there's plenty of sun, sea and sand within close proximity, together with fine wines and dining and interesting sites to explore. The apartment offers luxurious accommodation with fabulous unspoilt views over the lake to the Hacienda (old colonial farmhouse). There is a communal swimming pool (1 of many) nearby. The secure development is easily accessed from either San Javier or Alicante airports which offer cut price air fares. Hacienda Riquelme is ideally situated offering a free shuttle service to two other golf resorts with the use of all their facilities. Close to the historic cities of Murcia and Cartagena with a nearby rail connection. For the beach lover, we are close to the wonderful beaches of Mar Menor and La Manga. There is a market on every day of the week within a short drive of the apartment.

Changeover day
Preferably Saturday but we shall try to be flexible where possible. The apartment will be ready for 3pm and must be vacated by 10.30am unless other arrangements are made.

Kitchen: Fully equipped modern kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, juicer, pans, all crockery, cutlery and glassware.
Living Rooms: Lovely bright lounge with double sofa bed and armchair. Flat screen satellite TV, DVD and CD player. Dining table and chairs. Air conditioning and radiator. Patio doors leading to balcony with fabulous views of golf course, lake and Hacienda.
Other: Front balcony with table & 6 chairs, together with 2 sunbeds.
1 car parking space is available in the secure underground garage with a lift direct to the 1st floor.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen are included. A cleaning service is provided payable locally. Please bring your own beach towels. A standard or luxury welcome pack is available on request.

The apartment offers full air conditioning and central heating. There are English books and DVDs and CDs for your use during the duration of your stay. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

Access is available between the underground garage and the apartment on the 1st floor.

Outside
There is ample parking on the road adjacent to the apartment in addition to the underground car park with electronically operated doors.

There is ample external street lighting and there are several swimming pools nearby. The clubhouse, bar and supermarket are within 5 mins walk.

Coast/Beach
The apartment is situated near to the beautiful beaches of Mar Menor, and close to La Manga. There are an abundance of restaurants at all of these resorts. Wherever you go you'll find a Tapas bar. Take a revitalising mud bath at San Pedro del Pinar or water sports at Capo Roig. If you want to go a little further afield why not try Torrevieja (formerly a small fishing village) home to many different restaurants and the fascinating pink salt lakes.

Golf
This Jack Nicklaus designed golf course creates a demanding but enjoyable challenge to any golfer at any level. As a resident you will be entitled to play at any course which is part of the Nicklaus Golf Trail, all of which offer exciting challenges to the golfer. You therefore have the exclusive opportunity of playing the excellent courses at La Torre, Mar Menor and El Valle.

Travel
Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort is conveniently situated close to both San Javier and Alicante airports, offering quick and cheap flights to and from England. The apartment is also close to the cities of Murcia and Cartagena. Car hire is advisable and cars can be picked up at the local airports, alternatively we will arrange for you to be collected from the airport (payable locally). The local town of Sucina offers restaurants and bars, together with supermarkets, banks and bakery.

The whole complex at Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort has been developed around a splendid 18 hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. The development ensures that all apartments have a view directly over the course itself. Hacienda Riquelme is developed around communal swimming pools and a golf course which is enhanced by various palms and olive trees. The charm and unspoilt landscape evoke a calm and tranquil atmosphere throughout the development.

Booking notes
All booking payments to be made by cheque. We require a £100 security deposit which is payable at the time of your booking and will be returned to you within 10 days of your departure. A £75 deposit will secure your booking with the balance being paid in full 6 weeks before your holiday. Finally, there is a charge of 65 Euros payable locally for the cleaning of the apartment at the end of your stay. Our representative will meet you on your arrival.
