Changeover day
Departure from the villa must be at 10am precisely, this to allow change over for next guests. Extra time may be possible in the villa at an extra cost. Please check with us first. We can also secure any luggage should you have a late flight etc.

| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully fitted and of modern style with all appliances (American style fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob...). |
| Utility Room: | There is a utility/laundry room on the second level with washing machine and dryer for completing all laundry. |
| Living Rooms: | There are 2 living room/lounge areas within the villa. 1 on the main level with access to TV, DVD and Sky satellite TV and 1 on the second level. There is also a separate dining area that seats 6 people. |
| Other: | On the base level of the villa there is separate self-contained guest apartment with kitchenette, bar area, WC and access to the private pool and terrace. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
There is a surcharge of 10 euros per person staying in the villa towards cleaning, linen, towels etc. Electricty is also not included in the price of the property. A meter reading will be taken on arrival. |

Booking notes
Full payment will be required to confirm all bookings (2008). An added amount of £700 will be required as a deposit in case of breakages and damage. This will be returned within one week after the departure.

June 2008 "As a group we would like to say just how much we have enjoyed staying in the villa. It has exceeded everyone of our expectations. On arrival we were made to feel instantly welcome. We came on a girly holiday expecting to be out every night, but as the villa was so amazing we did not feel the need to that as everything we needed was here. We have also said just how safe we have all felt staying here which was very important to us as a group of girls. All we can say is see you next year! A big thank you from the girls from Yorkshire!!"
