The house is located in a 5500 square metre property in a quiet area. It can be accessed by car though a paved road from Motril. The finca has fruit trees - chirimoya and avocados and it used to be where our family lived. It is a perfect place for quiet holidays for a family. Large porch for dining. 10 minutes drive to beach. 1 hour drive to Granada, as well as skiing at Sierra Nevada.

Changeover day
Arrival to the house will be between 1600hrs to 2200hrs. It is required to leave the house by 12:00. Other times are possible only depending on the occupancy.

Bedroom 2 with twin beds.
Bedroom 3 with twin beds with a cradle (cradle by request).
Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms, both with bath, bidet.
Bathroom 2 en-suite to bedroom three.
Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with cooker, microwave oven, fridge, water boiler and toaster.
Utility Room: Big fridge and a washer machine.
Living Rooms: The living room is equipped a sofa and two armchairs. There is a chimney for the winter season. You can watch TV and play card games.
Other: The dining room is located with the living room and it has a big table for dinners.

The towels and linen are included.

 

Notes on accommodation
The area is suitable for children. There is plenty of space outside for kids to play, and there are no dangers outside the Villa: no cliffs or dangerous zones and very little traffic (about 1 car per hour).

Outside
The house has space for three cars to park, a big porch to have breakfast or lunch outside and a big area just to sit and relax. Also from the roof there are excellent views of the sea and the mountains.

Coast/Beach
About 10 minutes from the closest beach by car, and about 25 minutes from Almunecar. There are several beaches around: Motril, Salobrena, Calahonda, Punta La Mona and Almunecar.

Skiing
Granada: 1 hour (65km), where you can visit the Alhambra or go to Sierra Nevada for Skiing.

Travel
The villa is situated one and a half hour from Granada Airport. Several companies fly to Granada: Iberia, Air Europa, Click Air, Ryanair, Spanair and Vueling. Connections to other cities are available through the airport, train or bus. To be able to reach the house is essential as it is away from the city. The road to connect to the villa is paved all the way up to the door.

Distances
Motril: nearest town at 10 minutes (5km). Salobrena: beautiful small village with old castle 15 minutes (10km). Almunecar: vacation place with very good beaches 30 minutes. Granada: 1 hour (65km) where you can visit the Alhambra or go to Sierra Nevada for Skiing.

Booking notes
To make a reservation a transfer of 30% of the total amount is required. An extra 300 euros will be requested as a deposit that will be refunded when leaving. The rest of the payment will be made when arriving the house and picking up the keys.
