Camps Bay is 10 minutes drive from the popular waterfront shops and 25 minutes drive from the airport. It is also well positioned for access to an abundance of beautiful golf courses and wine farms.

Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with a shower, bath, double basin and toilet. En-suite bathroom to bedroom 2 and 3 with a bath and shower, basin and toilet. The guest bathroom has a shower, bath, basin and toilet and there is a separate guest toilet.
Kitchen: The newly fitted Mediterranean style kitchen offers a gas stove with a hot plate and an electric oven, a fridge freezer, a dishwasher and a microwave. The kitchen is open plan to a breakfast room and onto the lounge and main dining room, with sea views.
Utility Room: The utility room is off the kitchen and features a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing equipment and plenty of storage space.
Living Rooms: The main lounge area is beautifully furnished with sofas and large arm chairs and dining tables and chairs. It has a TV and DVD player with DSTV and views of the ocean. Large sliding glass doors open out onto a balcony with BBQ and outside furniture.
Other: A second lounge area features a bar and TV, sliding glass doors opening onto a balcony with steps down to the pool area. There is plenty of outside space and furniture for entertaining.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen are provided with weekly or twice weekly maid service by arrangement. The garden and pool are also maintained twice weekly.

Outside
The outside area of the house is perfect for entertaining with a private, secluded garden and private pool for sole use by guests. There are terraces across the front of the house with sea views and BBQ facilities as well as loungers and dining tables and chairs on both levels. Large sliding doors across the front of the house open to provide a wonderful flow between in and outside entertainment areas.

Coast/Beach
The house is situated on the slopes of Table Mountain and is a 5 minute drive (20 mins walk) from Camps Bay and Cliftons famous 'bikini' beaches. The beachfront has an abundance of bars, cafes and restaraunts.

Golf
Camps Bay is within easy driving distance of numerous beautiful golf courses, the closest being within 10 minutes drive.

Travel
Cape Town International airport is 25/30 minutes drive away and the Victoria and Albert Waterfront is 10 minutes drive away, offering a wide variety of boat trips. Car hire/use is recommended, although taxi buses do run within 10 minutes walk of the house.

Distances
The bustling centre of Cape Town is 5 minutes drive away as are the beaches of Camps Bay. The popular Waterfront shopping complex, offering shops, restaraunts and cinemas is 10 minutes drive away. The fishing port and market village of Hout Bay is within 20 minutes drive away. Within 45 minutes drive are the world famous South african wine regions where endless days can be spent sampling the locally produced wines, olives and cheeses as well as some of the best restaurants in the Cape.

Further details
Local shops cater to every need for self catering with a supermarket and numerous delis and cafe bars and restaraunts. Further afield at the waterfront and gardens shopping centres more specailised shops can be found. There are ATMs and change bureaus in Camps Bay itself with the main bank branches being 10 minutes drive away in Sea Point or Gardens. Hout Bay is 20 minutes drive away offering many watersports activities including whale watching and shark cage diving. The house is perfectly situated for walkers with easy access to the beautiful walks of Table Mountain and Lions Head and many mountain biking routes. The Atlantic Seaboard coastline is a very popular route for road cycling with The Cape Argus cycling through Camps Bay every March.
