Guests may play golf but must book and pay directly to club. Owner has no dealings with this transaction. The property is situated by the 5th fairway of 18-hole Championship Links-style golf course. Club house offers bar, restaurant and leisure centre, open heated swimming pool, fitness room, tennis courts, driving range, pro shop and beauty salon.

Travel
Cape Town International Airport 30-45 mins driving distance. The hire of car is recommended so that you can explore. Taxi's available from airport.

Distances
Melkbosstrand is a 5 min drive for shops, restaurants, bank and car fuel. Blouberg and Tableview approx 10 min drive depending on which route you take (scenic costal road or the R27) for shops, banks, restaurants and cinema. Cape Town and Waterfront 25 min drive. Grand West Casino approx 25 mins drive.

Further details
Explore the lovely West Coast with its wildlife and conservation areas. Visit the many vineyards in Stellenbosch and Paarl. Kirstenbosch Botanical Garden is worth a visit. Take a boat trip to visit Robben Island. Stroll around the Albert and Victoria Waterfront with its many shops, bars and restaurants. With its busy harbour and marina, take a boat trip around the harbour or charter a boat to do some fishing. Tourist Information Centre can be found at the Waterfront.

On receipt of your booking request, we will contact you and confirm reservation upon return of acceptance of terms and conditions & booking form and a 50% deposit to be forward to secure booking. Remainder to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. A refundable key and breakage deposit will also be required with final payment.

Mr & Mrs Feruson from UK 2007 - House lived up to its expectation. Its big enough with sufficient room to allow several people to have their own space and extremely well equipped. Bedrooms all ensuite are lovely and the beds very comfortable.The other nice thing about the house, you have two sides so when it gets too hot by the pool, you go to the front of house,look at Table Mountain or watch the golfers and cool down with the seabreeze.Felt very comfortable with security on the estate.Repeating experience next year.

Having ensuite facilities in each bedroom is a real luxury.It has all the equipment that one could reasonably expect. Add to that beautiful views, a lovely golf course on one's doorstep and the security provided meant that we had everything we could possibly want.We would be happy to recommend it.
