Coast/Beach
Atlantic Beaches approximately 20 minutes driving time. These include Camps Bay, Clifton and Hout Bay. These are the "trendy" beaches of Cape Town, more touristy than the Indian Ocean side. The sea is often too cold to swim in but the beaches are very big, beautiful sand and stunning views.
Indian Ocean beaches are about 15 minutes driving time. The water is much warmer here, the beaches are much less commercialised. Excellent surfing. Long sandy beaches. Not as "trendy" as the Atlantic side.

Golf
Mowbray Golf Course: Mowbray has hosted the SA Open seven times and the Bells Cup three times.
Rondebosch Golf Course: Magnificent views of Devil’s Peak and Table Mountain.
Royal Cape Golf Course: Founded in 1885, the Royal Cape Golf Club is South Africa’s oldest and most exclusive club.

Travel
Fly to Cape Town International Airport. British Airways, South African Airways and Virgin have direct flights from the UK. Qatar Airlines have excellent value flights via Doha. Lufthansa and KLM fly to Cape Town via Frankfurt & Amsterdam respectively.

Airport transfers can be booked through Karibou Guest Lodge or hire cars can be collected at the airport. All major car hire companies are represented at the airport.
